Cant believe i"m back here!
about 3 and a half years ago i started my first HCG round and lost 7 kilograms (15,6 lbs) in (i think) 30 days round. i was using OVIDAC at that time.
after gaining about 2-3k (4,5-7lbs) back, i did a second round of 21 days and lost another 4 or so. on round 2 i use the homeopathic HCG.
i was really happy with it, wighting 57-58 kilograms (125-130lbs) on 1/58 c' (5"2 tall) i knew i had to start working out to shape my body.
i took the easy way:
i did a liposuction on my legs that gave me a great shape and i loved it.
it was all a long time ago. i got most of the weight back and i tool the corige of getting on the scale and i litterly cryed. that was last sunday, the day after my birthday and i have ate soooo much during the week before.
i was about 65.5 kilograms/144 lbs and that's clode the what i was before the first HCG round.
with out thinking i started the HCG menu. i felt like i was eating the days before as if i"m loading but since it wasnt planned - i didn't take any hormon.
so it's day 5. doing all i should do according to the diet just not taking any hormon.
if you're asking me - the homeopatic gave me nothing. i can say since doing both that it was so much eaier with the OVIDAC and so i"m hoping i'll se results even without any.
what do you think?

i"m afraid my metabolism is already bad since my first HCG round. it never got back to what it was before.
as for the hormon - if i could get the hormon here i would have done it, since i can only get the homeopathic here and there's NOTHING in it (really, i don't know what other homeopathic HCG you have around, in my country it has nothing in it) it doest even matters.
I agree with Grammy you will do more harm trying to follow the protocol without hcg. Read the book Pounds and inches

Can you not order from another country and have it shipped? If not then follow the Fast Metabolism Diet. There are posts on it

I would advise you to place an order for HCG from safemeds4all a.s.a.p, they ship to Israel, while waiting for it to arrive just eat right-lots of veggies and proteins avoiding bad and empty carbs.
Doing the diet without HCG is plain crazy and will only put your body into stress mode, which will result in more weight gain once you start consuming more calories.
