I know Cupid. It's just so hard, isn't it? You feel like you're busting your rear to stick to the plan and then your body betrays you!!

That's one area I really struggled with- because I believe weighing yourself everyday just sets you up for a mental/emotional failure.

YOUR WEIGHT WILL FLUCTUATE EVERY DAY- REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU DO- DIET OR NO DIET. So PLEASE keep that in mind when weighing yourself EVERYDAY.

Weight loss should be tracked over the long term trend (ie week to week, month to month) instead of freaking out over "minute" weight gains from day to day. If over the course of the week- you've LOST weight- then it's fine- don't sweat if you show 1lb or so ain a few mornings of the week- there can be so many other factors that affect weight loss and gain- and most people on here like to just automatically assume it must be HCG or something they did or didn't do and then they change things up- instead of watching the overall trend. Sure if you go a WEEK with a Gain over the whole week- or a real STALL- THEN you need to look into changing things up. But if you are experiencing a small gain every few days or so- just keep trugging along- you are doing fine- and it's just your body being it's normal self =)

I agree that daily weighing does mess with your head. You expect this great result everyday and when it is not so great or even a bad result, it can really effect your mood for the day.

Well I dropped my 1.4 and an extra .4 so I'm back on track. I put waaaaayy too much pressure on myself during a round, I always do. But this round I plan on going much longer than 43 days..IF I can stand it, that is. I want to drop 50lbs if possible and be DONE with planning my next round. I'm that far from my goal and decided just to go for it and make this my last fat summer.

Hello, all! Please advise... I am on VLCD12. I've lost about 10 lbs. But for the last two days, I am feeling hunger, which I didn't feel last week at all. Today is worse than yesterday. I keep drinking water to stave off the hunger, but it's not going away.

I always have a few cucumber slices or celery sticks when I feel hungry. Often my hunger is just mouth hunger which is hard to ignore! I also chew sugar free gum and mints a lot. I know they're not recommended but they've helped me get through some hard days w/out cheating. Hope that helps!

Thanks, Mini. I will try that.

Are you feeling better now? I know some have tried using more than one patch at a time too. I think our needs vary here too, just like with other methods.

i ordered patches last night around 8pm and got shipping notice this morning! i should have my patches by tuesday at the latest! really looking forward to trying these. i did a successful round may of '11 but have then tried juddd and a couple other attempts at hhcg. i was at my goal weight early januaury then lost my mind apparently at some point and am now up 14 from that low in january. i am going on a cruise early august and i DO NOT want to go like this. i do rogue with hhcg...i need to have some fat or i start to get very obsessive about food and then get depressed and then quit. my very first round (with pellets, btw) was virtually effortless...other attempts since then have not worked AT ALL. i'm hoping it's been long enough since i have tried hcg that i can keep my head in it for at least 21 days, if not the whole 30 days that the patches are good for.
