I have used them for several rounds and have lost 45lbs total (high of 243lbs to 199.8 YES! today). I had gone down to 194 by July of last year and took some time off, when I gained up to 210 (grrr!). My practitioner starts everyone at 15 drops 3 times a day, but drops it down if there is hunger after 3 days. After several rounds I have found that 8 drops works for me. I take mine between 9-10AM, again at 4PM and 10PM. I eat two meals a day, around 11:30 and 5:30, with a carb and 1-2 fruits (separately eaten) taken not during my main meals. Sometimes I am hungry in the morning, which is why my AM dose time changes a bit. If taking the AM dose doesn't make that hunger go away, I eat a small portion of my lunch protein, taking the amount away from the lunch 100gr, of course, or have lunch early. I know I am more hungry the next day I eat too many carbs the day before. I am gluten intolerant, so have used a few different carbs to replace the bread stick and it is sometimes hard to match the calories and carbs of a bread stick. I have stayed on VLCD for the maximum allowed 40 days for all my rounds.

Edited to add that I get my drops at my practitioners office and pay $30.00 per bottle, just so you can compare costs. On 8 drops 3 times a day, I use one bottle per round. At 15 drops 3 times a day on previous rounds, I used 2 bottles per round.
