    Help. Am I done?

    I think I'm done, but would love to hear your input/advice. This is a very difficult decision for me.
    I've stated before that I have never been on a diet so this was scary and hard for me to wrap my head around. I had what I thought was 15-20 baby weight pounds to lose prior to starting. I began on June 1 which makes today day 25 for me. It is my "skip day" if I choose to continue until Monday, June 30th. Or, it is the first day of the last three VLCD with no shots? Today I have gone back and forth in my mind as to whether or not I am phasing into P3 this weekend, or if I finish day 30 and start P3 on the 4th of July.

    I am 5'8", started at 155 and am at 137 today as I was also yesterday. My pre-pregnancy clothing fits well. I certainly have the stretched out skin, but hopefully that will firm up over time. A few female friends have made interesting comments like, "Oh my gosh, don't lose anymore weight. Your face looks too thin." That was a bummer. However, my husband and male friends have said I look great. I suppose what really matters is that I am happy and feel more confident.

    I wonder if there is any reason I should stay with the shots and VLCD until Monday, then start P3 on the 4th. I don't need to lose more weight, but I certainly want to stabilize forever.

    How many people have successfully done 23/24 day rounds and kept the weight off permanently?

    I kept it off 10 months after a 23 day round and would have kept it off if I had not introduced processed carbs and grains. My body hates them, tho my mouth loves them. So, I gained from reintroducing, which was a choice. People can maintain if they make the right life change for his/her body.
