    Need help/opinion with homeopathic drops

    I cant find the right dosage on hhcg drops


    If someone could help me I would be very grateful.
    I am on my second round P2D28 and I can't seem to find the right dose. I was doing 5 drops 6x a day. I haven't been hungry on P2 minus a couple of cravings here or there but my energy is low the last few days. After I eat I feel like I'm still hungry for more food. I usually have a cup of coffee and I'm good to go. I do know I'm close to losing all the weight I need to.....I'm on the lower end of my BMI... but I still have thigh, inner knee, and belly fat to lose. I don't think I'm at the point of no more abnormal fat yet but probably close.
    I have skipped a couple of doses one day last week and still feel the same after 4pm and dinner. Only Normal hunger for meal. I have lowered my dose to 4 drops 6x a day...for three days and still no change. Am I wrong to assume that the less weight you have to lose you lower your dose or should I be increasing instead?
    Today I only took 6 drops at 7am and have not been hungry all day and night but still ate my p2 food. Haven't been as tired today either, just a little nauseous around 6pm and it went away after I ate.

    I just don't know what my dose should be tomorrow and need help. Any suggestions? I haven't really found that sweet spot like I did the first round

    I would also like to mention on my first round using hhcg drops I had no hot flashes the entire P2 but this round I have had them the whole time. I am using "real" hhcg drops. So I know that is not the problem....just can't figure it out

    Sadly no help from anyone.

    I sadly sit here typing this wondering to myself why the first round I had so much support yet this second round I get 300 and some views and not even one response. I know I am just venting so I do apologize to everyone in advance. I know We are all busy in our daily lives and going through our own journey's to good health and that is hard enough as it is. I guess I was just hoping that someone would have had a suggestion or thought on this.

    It is hard for me to come to terms that I spent the last 29 days of eating 500 calories and it will all be for nothing. I know enough after the first round to say I will probably fail stabilizing in P3 since I could not find the right dosage to be taking for the last week or the "sweet spot". I am sure my hypothalamus has not properly been at rest.

    Well I do wish everyone the best and may everyone meet there goals with smooth sailing.

    What about trying some exercise to rev up your metabolism and adding some negative calorie foods? Carrot sticks, celery with hummus for protein? If you are feeling that hungry, you should feed yourself something at least, because you shouldn't feel hungry on HCG. I've only ever done the injections, not the HHCG drops because I'm wary of the efficacy. Yoga is great for leg toning too.

    yes you definitely did....and I didn't mean know offense towards you whatsoever. YOU were the only one that did respond and for that I'm so grateful. I was hoping by posting in the general thread that maybe one of the moderators would have seen it and help me work through what I needed to find the direction I needed to go to figure this out.

    No worries. I was starting to doubt myself thinking it was someone else with the same question LOL
    think there is a general help thread where you would get an answer from a mod quicker. It happens. I don't think the mods check all the threads. I reposted a question there as well and to an answer from a vet. So try there?

    Goodness my first round was a walk in the park. Everything was like clock work. Did P2 for 70 days and hit my goal 2 years ago and stabilized like a rock!! never gained a pound back in 2 years....in fact I settled in 4lbs below LDW. I just had about another 15 to lose so thats why I'm on round 2.

    I read your post, but didn't reply because I don't have an answer for you. I use homeopathy, but I don't believe it is particularly effective as an hcg medicine because it doesn't follow the laws of homeopathy. However, lots of people have used it and prefer it. Therefore, my advice would have been to try prescription hcg, but I don't think that advice is particularly helpful or wanted. And I read in your other post that you had been advised to lower your dose.

    You are probably below the threshold HCG will help you. Some are able to lose into the low bmi range but most hit the wall before then. Sounds like your body is done even if you aren't. I would wrap up your round. Do not think just because you never found a happy dose that it will effect your stabilizing, that's not true. Lots of people never hit that sweet spot and they stabilize just fine so no need to worry.

    I would just transition into P3 and use exercise to tone up any areas you aren't happy with.

    Your body is done even if your brain isn't. I think you need to end your round and stabilize. It sounds like the "fat" you have left will be helped more by exercise than continuing to eat a very low cal diet. I recommend HIIT and weight training.
