Question Help please, not sure what I'm doing wrong

I'm on r1p2 day 29 was on hhcg but had only lost 12 lbs. I am disabled with some other medical conditions including hypothyroidism and hashimotos thyroid disease.
4 days ago I switched to rx sublingual hcg and over those 4 days I've lost .4 lbs then gained .6 lbs. I did the mix that would allow me to have less liquid to hold under my tongue, my dose has been .3cc in the morning and the same 12 hours later. I have even made sure to hold it under my tongue for a full 15 minutes! I have been much hungrier now and find it very hard to make it dinner time whereas on the hhcg I had to almost force myself to eat.*
I don't have much time left this round and really thought the rx would make things better. I am getting so frustrated because I don't know what else to do. I am being so good and following protocol, though I am craving pasta, bread, and PB soooo bad. But unless cravings are now causing screw ups I should be ok.*

    Please help*

Posted this on newcomer board also since I wasn't really sure where it should go. I Hope I didn't break a rule by doing so

5 minutes is plenty of time to hold it. You're likely absorbing too much and that's making you hungry. What have you been eating? There are many wrong food lists out there so make sure you read Pounds and Inches.

I agree I've seen the 15 minutes posted several times lately, that's too long. I never did beyond 5 minutes. You will absorb what you need to in that amount of time. Suddenly getting hungry and craving sounds like your dose is too high now. Cut down on your hold time and I bet you do much better.

Thanks I will try this, but do you think this will also help with the weight loss as well?

How much hcg is in that .3 ml? Tell us how you mixed it so we have a number. I agree your dose is probably too high. I did sublingual rx hcg for most of my rounds and I also have Hashi's. I usually took less than 120 iu twice a day. I did hold it under my tongue for 10-15 minutes because that was how I was first instructed on another board, it worked well, and I saw no reason to change what was working. Hunger, cravings and slow losses usually indicate that your dose is too high. I'd lower the dose.

Slow losses also usually indicate that the diet plan someone is following may not be the original one Dr. Simeons wrote. What are you eating each day?

I mixed 5000iu hucog with 9cc's of 9% sodium chloride to make a more concentrated mix (for less under the tongue) according to mixing instructions given by mgsondance. This gave me the dosing amount of .3cc's as opposed to .5cc's but was still the same starting dose of 166 iu's per dose.

Breakfast is an apple; Lunch is almost always chicken breast and lettuce with small amount of chopped onions, Dinner is also usually chicken breast with salad, though once or twice I have had a small filet. Then after dinner to squelch my sweets craving I usually but not always have strawberries mixed with stevia. And throughout the day I always drink anywhere from 6-8 16.9oz bottles of water.

The wrong dose definitely produces poor losses. So it's important to get that fixed.

Are you saying this is the wrong dose? If so what should I adjust it to?
    Thanks for the help.

Skip your hcg for one day. If you feel less hungry toward the end of that time, lower your dose to somewhere between .2 and .25

I lowered the dose by 1 line on the syringe and I am no longer dealing with the uncontrollable hunger.
Thanks for the advice it seems to have helped.
