I'm back after being away. A couple of questions please.

Hi everyone. I've not taken hcg in a while and am thinking of giving it another go. Is Ovidac a good brand to buy?

Also I read that Grammy was doing IM (Intra muscular) - is that where you inject it into the side of your belly button, which is what I always used to do, or has Grammy changed the way she does it?

Also, is anyone else thinking of starting a new round in the next few weeks?

    Thanks all.

    Hi Krista, welcome back.

Odivac is a reliable brand. I've used it myself. Grammy has done both intra muscular and subcutaneous (insulin needle) She usually recommends IM for people who have trouble finding their best dose, as most people are rock solid on 125iu using IM.

You inject IM into your upper hip or thigh, you inject subcutaneous near your belly button.

I may start a round after the holidays...still debating it.

I start a new thread each month in Leez's Loaders forum for anyone wanting company as they do their round.

There is another active monthly thread in Lovely Losers forum where you can connect up with people talking HCG stuffs.

Hiya Leez, thankyou. Is the IM in the thigh or hip also with an insulin needle the same as the ones we do by our belly buttons with the insulin needle? I don't understand if that's so why it's two different methods?

Ok, I'm still debating also. I tried Rybelsus tablets but they made me feel nauseous and they are so expensive, but I've not quite decided yet. If I do hcg, I'll not get it until the middle of January but I'll look out for your Loaders threads. Thanks Leez.

The IM method uses a much longer needle. I think about 1-1/2 inches? It is not an insulin needle. You cannot use an insulin needle to do IM.

That nausea thing with those semiglitude products is a real deterrent. Some people are nauseous the whole time they are on it. Sounds like a fresh new hell to me. So glad we have HCG. I actually feel great the whole time I'm on it.

I used hhcg nasal spray for my last round, it doesn't go through your digestive system at all. I got mine from InsideOutWellness.org

How did you like the nasal spray. I'm thinking of using it on my nest round

I liked it. You use 5 sprays total per day, but don't have to worry about waiting 15 mins before/after eating. Very convenient.
