    I'm starving

Hi friends. I'm a week into HCG. I bought injections through Nu Image and was advised to take a dose of 20
    I'm so hungry.
This just feels like such a battle and I don't know what to do. I'm extremely hungry all the time, even in the morning when I'm don't usually eat. Advise please and thank you !

It is very likely that your dose is too high. If 20 is equal to 200iu, that is a very high dose. Most people do better starting at 150iu, or even 125iu.

You can check your math to figure your exact dose according to how you mixed it with this formula:

Skip your dose tomorrow, but continue the 500 calorie diet. About 4PM or thereafter, pay attention to your hunger level. If it decreases or goes away, that tells you that your dose is too high. I would lower to 150iu the next day and see how you do there.

If your hunger gets stronger after 4PM, that would indicate your dose is too low.
