One vial 6000iu HCG will be sufficient for a round. The DietDoc HCG is super strength (I think they require their HCG to be at around 110% potency). So it should be viable for a full round without having to remix mid round.
As for dosing, what was the dose you were successful at before changing your mixture? That would be your best starting dose.
You can mix any amount of water you want with the HCG. But for simplicity, a good mixture is 1:2 (HCG to water)
A 6000iu vial mixed with 12ml bacteriostatic water would result in 500iu HCG per ml mixture. then you divide the dose you want (from the list below) by the strength of the mixture (500iu)
So here would be the dosing choices:
200 divided by 500 = .4 or 40 - this is the size of your dose, .4 ml. Or, if you're using the insulin needles, 40
175 divided by 500 = .35 or 35
125 divided by 500 = .25 or 25
150 divided by 500 = .3 or 30
125 divided by 500 = .25 or 25
100 divided by 500 = .2 or 20
You can reduce or eliminate the load gain by loading predominantly on healthy fats and protein, and keeping carbs minimal. When you load like that, you sometimes even start losing during your load. Your first weeks losses will be commeasurately lower than if you loaded with a lot of high carby, sugary foods. I've found that my net losses for week one are about the same whether I have a big load gain or no load gain. So its really a matter of what kind of load will make you happy, or keep you feeling good.
I don't know what you mean exactly by a moderate load, but if it means not eating as much as you comfortably can for the two load days, it is not a good idea. There are basically two kinds of load strategies: eat all you can of healthy mostly fats and protein, avoiding starch & sugar, or eat all you can of anything you want including nutritionally deficient pleasure foods. But the key is: eat all you can (comfortably)
