DO OVER in Jan 2021--Which hcg & how advice needed !!

    HI,

Im now in P4 of a terrible round that I want to put behind me. The holidays are coming up and I will start a new round in January 2020. I had a major hcg dosing issue last rd--first I did order from the recommended Hcg sources on this site, I had a decent brand and I lost about 10lbs but had the potential to lose alot more. I saw that I was going to run out of the 1st bottle about 12 wks from p3, so I ordered another bottle and just added it to the old bottle, and it threw everything off and I didnt really lose any weight for the last week of P2. So I started at 128 lbs, got down to 116 but could not stabilize there, and now Im currently around 120; NOT happy with that at all.

I will be ordering from the Diet Doc, but Im not sure if I should get the 1 bottle or 2? The rep said if I do 150IU for 23 days, that should be enough; but my issue comes with how much sterile water to add to the hcg, I end up getting too much every time. I need simple guidance on this, every thread that I have read or feedback seems to still confuse me bc its a different answer each time.

Also, Im not fond of loading, its more weight to take off to me, I want to do a moderate load, is that ok to do?

One vial 6000iu HCG will be sufficient for a round. The DietDoc HCG is super strength (I think they require their HCG to be at around 110% potency). So it should be viable for a full round without having to remix mid round.

As for dosing, what was the dose you were successful at before changing your mixture? That would be your best starting dose.

You can mix any amount of water you want with the HCG. But for simplicity, a good mixture is 1:2 (HCG to water)

A 6000iu vial mixed with 12ml bacteriostatic water would result in 500iu HCG per ml mixture. then you divide the dose you want (from the list below) by the strength of the mixture (500iu)

So here would be the dosing choices:
200 divided by 500 = .4 or 40 - this is the size of your dose, .4 ml. Or, if you're using the insulin needles, 40
    175 divided by 500 = .35 or 35
    125 divided by 500 = .25 or 25
    150 divided by 500 = .3 or 30
    125 divided by 500 = .25 or 25
    100 divided by 500 = .2 or 20

You can reduce or eliminate the load gain by loading predominantly on healthy fats and protein, and keeping carbs minimal. When you load like that, you sometimes even start losing during your load. Your first weeks losses will be commeasurately lower than if you loaded with a lot of high carby, sugary foods. I've found that my net losses for week one are about the same whether I have a big load gain or no load gain. So its really a matter of what kind of load will make you happy, or keep you feeling good.

I don't know what you mean exactly by a moderate load, but if it means not eating as much as you comfortably can for the two load days, it is not a good idea. There are basically two kinds of load strategies: eat all you can of healthy mostly fats and protein, avoiding starch & sugar, or eat all you can of anything you want including nutritionally deficient pleasure foods. But the key is: eat all you can (comfortably)

    Hi Leez,

I was injecting 15 IUs/insulin syringe, and I went up to 17 the next week and stayed there more or less for the rest of the course. I want to stick to 15 IUs, but again, how much sterile water was my issue, I dont think I added enough last time. So I would like to settle at a number I can remember and know the dose before I actually start the round. If I add 12 MLs as you suggested, what would I fill the insulin syringe to?

My insulin syringes start from the 10 and goes up to 50 units.

So in your previous round, if you were pulling to 15, its likely you were told to mix 5000iu with 5ml bac water. That would give you a dose of 150iu when you pulled to 15 on your syringe.

If you mixed a different ratio, that would be a different dose. For instance, if you had mixed 5000iu HCG with 10ml bac water and pulled to 15, you would have been taking a dose of 75iu. Do you see how that works?

The dosings are outlined in the chart I posted above. It shows you the doses for a mixture of 6000iu HCG to 12ml bacteriostatic water.

To get a 150iu dose with that mixture, you would pull to 30. U-100 insulin syringes come in increments of 30, 50 or 100. You use the same dose measure in all of them, because they are all based on 100 units being equal to 1 milliliter, or 1 CC. (ML and CC are interchangeable)

It doesn't help to remember the numbers if you start with a different amount of HCG in your vial for different rounds. So its best to just learn the formula.

And don't trust my numbers. Always check the math for yourself:

    Thanks Leez,

I think Im going to go with the 150 IU=pull to 30. Does the Diet Doc hcg come with the injection supplies(syringes, bact. water, sterile vial for mixed hcg?

The Diet Doc kit that I got had the HCG, syringes, bacteriostatic water, mixing syringe and alcohol pads. But you should check with your representative to make sure what is included at this time. They've gone through some supplier changes, so it might be different now.

You will have to buy a sterile mixing vial that will accommodate the 12ml volume, as their kit assumes you will just be adding 6ml water to the HCG vial.

    Hello everyone,

Is Diet Doc the only place in the USA to buy real HCG injections and is it actual HCG? Riverfront had something but not sure if it was generic because I had never heard of that brand name and NUimage isn’t doing HCG any longer. I did a few rounds 2014-2015 from US HCG and safemeds4all and was successful. Can anyone help me with information, I’m looking for HCG injections. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Riverfront is a reputable HCG supplier. With the changes in the laws, companies have had to find new ways to procure their HCG supplies. My guess is that Salon is a proprietary brand name to comply with the new laws regarding production and distribution.

We are not permitted to recommend overseas suppliers on this forum. However, Colin Watson could be a source to check out for HCG. He carries one brand that is shipped from the US. Many on the forum have had a good experience with him.

Thanks so much for your help Leez...I’ll check it out, I’m still looking but hope to make a decision and can start in December. Maybe I can be in a Lovely Losers group for December. I always found this forum to be so helpful on my first rounds even though I didn’t participate in conversations I loved reading yours and Grammys post for all your information. Thank you for taking time to help everyone.

    Hi Leez,

I ordered the 5000iu from diet doc. So I need to know how much bacteriostatic water should I mix with, and I want my dose around 150 iu. I'm not good at this hcg math, so could you help me again?

5000iu HCG mixed with 10ml bacteriostatic water = 500iu per ml

For a dose of 150iu, pull to .3 or 30 on your U-100 insulin syringe
