5000iu divided by 150iu = 33.33 doses
Its enough for 33 dose days at 150iu.
Thanks, is this enough for a 28 day round?

Hi, I have a question about the 1 cc of bacteriostatic water I am to mix into the vial of powdered hcg---If I'm going to use 10ml of bacteriostatic water for my mixture, do I only add 9ml of bacteriostatic water since I added the 1ml to the powder & will draw it out & into a bigger sterile vial?
Yes. The total of all the bacteriostatic water used should be 10ml.

HHow old and tall are you? Is 120 a realistic goal for you?
For some reason lots of women like to target 120 as a goal weight, but they are either too tall or older and this is usually what we might weigh at some point as a teenage girl on the way to womanhood, but is not what we should strive for ever again. If I got down to 120 lbs. at my height and age (if it was even possible with hcg and not starvation or anorexia), my friends and family would stage an INTERVENTION. THE Lowest weight I ever got down to in my 7 year hcg journey was 136, and my man and everyone else told me I was too thin, and it was hard to find pants long enough in Size 0, since they are made for shorter petite women. Even at 150, I'm too thin for some men, but I don't care about them, since I have a curvy hourglass shape with a flat stomach, boobs, and proportioned hips - think Scarlet Johansen or Marilyn Monroe.

Hi,
I do think 120 is realistic for me, and I actually would like to be at 115; Im 5'2 so this weight is my ideal one, but maintaining it after HCG is hard; I would settle for staying under 120. My problem is not the quantity of food after P2, its the food that I re-introduce that seems to start the weight creep up. I am very strict, I only eat chicken and veggies, mostly lettuce/salads with Simple girl dressings and other safe veggies, water, to make sure I stabilize the 1st 3 wks with no surprises. I still seem to put the weight back on by eating that food, more or less of it.
A couple thoughts that came up as I read your post:I am very strict, I only eat chicken and veggies, mostly lettuce/salads with Simple girl dressings and other safe veggies, water, to make sure I stabilize the 1st 3 wks with no surprises. I still seem to put the weight back on by eating that food, more or less of it.
If that is the limit of variety you are eating in P3, it may be the reason you are not successful at stabilizing afterward. Simple Girl dressings seems to be fat-free as well as sugar-free. If you are not adding lots of other good fat sources, that will doom your P3. You need both enough fat and enough calories in P3 for your metabolism to stay in fat-burning mode and to stabilize. If it doesn't get it, an inevitable weight creep will start at some point.
Those that have consistently successful P3's get calories up (in the neighborhood of 1500) within the first few days. Its not always easy to do, which is where good fats come in. They can help you get enough calories in those first days when you don't have much capacity after the quantity restrictions of P2.

THanks for the feedback, I actually thought I was getting too much fat bc I was eating lots of avocado in salads, cooking with olive oil, and fatty steaks and chicken. I just want this upcoming round to be successful and retain my wt loss.
Its pretty hard to overdo fat in P3. Although you don't need to overdo it to be successful. Did you ever monitor calories to see what level you were taking in?
