    Is this true?
And is there a list somewhere??

The major thing with P3 is to avoid starches and sugars. The list of foods available would be vast.

I have found this lovely beverage called Sobe Life Water. It is sweetened with Stevia, and with just enough fruit flavor to make it different than water. It is zero calories and I love it.

It is a white fish with very low fat.. nutritional values are comparative to cod and flounder. I'd say try it and see how the scale does.

can you have mushrooms on the vlcd?

I saw some recipes that called for mushrooms on the vlcd..but everywhere that I have read doesn't say specifically? What about ground turkey in place of beef?

Another question...if you stick to the maximum of the 500 calories...can you eat other things...of course leaving out the sugars and starches?

Hi thx so much for the blog. Im in R1P2 Day 15 and it is so great to see your recipes! thank you thank you
Im wondering about buffalo/bison. I got some at whole foods the other day and it turned out to be only 90%lean, they used to sell 98% lean and i thought it was the same thing. So Im wondering is it ok to cook it and drain off the fat? or no way? I cook things in my crock pot a lot and then when it goes in the fridge the fat solids float to the top so i can drain off the fat and just reheat the meat. Wondering if that is ok? And/or if i can find the leaner buffalo or lamb is that ok to eat on protocol?

Also I am just realizing that I cant mix the vegetables. For some reason i missed that in reading the protocol. So Im not sure how much of a difference it makes. For instance i would mix greens and tomato and cucumber for a salad. Or onions tomato and celery too cook with...
Grateful for any thoughts, experience, advice... thx

Can you have Grouper or Catfish in P2? I read that Zevia is allowed in unlimited qualtities as well as water, herbal teas (does this mean any brewed tea bag type tea? Ex. Green Tea Bags), and coffee. Should I limit the amount of stevia I use each day?

    Thanks

Why is broccoli not allowed? It is high fiber, low calorie

What's the purpose for not mixing vegetables? Like if I choose not to eat meat, I can't have 2 vegetables instead?
