    Sweet - you could probably try your taco salad, but you may want to be careful for the next couple of days and see what it does to your weight loss. I have read on posts where some people do go with ground sirloin or bison and others don't do well at all, so it probably is just an individual type thing. However, I did read somewhere and I may get this quote wrong but here goes "when you go off protocol and don't see a significant difference, you will still never know what your loss could have been had you not gone off protocol". I am sure that is not exact but close.

    Rhonlynn - that is so neat that you are from Kansas City, my little sister is actually living there. I have tons of family in Missouri. I was actually born in Marceline (and yes for any one else that doesn't know Walt Disney was also born in Marceline)just thought I would share a little Disney trivia with you. NOt that I know much

    kbckwlt - You are having hunger on the first day? You could try eating part of your vegetable to curb your appetite. I heard that eating your fruit between your meals can do something to the sugar in your body and inhibit weight loss. I read it in a thread somewhere that it is better to snack in between on your vegetable if you need too. You could always post another thread asking, there are so many veterans out there answering questions that I am sure one will respond.

    Vlcd2 and down 3.8 pounds! Crazy huh? It's less than the first round (5 on the first day) but loving it! I wanted to compare both rounds and see the difference. I did eat two tiny apples yesterday and I know apples made me lose less on the last round. Still super happy though!

    Not hungry or cold and I fall asleep like a log in the woods, I don't hear a thing.

    Great losses everyone.

    Kbck, I think the whole point in brakfast on ww wast to kivkstart your metabolism. With hcg it's already on! Yay for that!

    jrd.. but i thought beef was on the list.. or ground.. i think i am not going to eat it then.. because, i am already loosing slow.. average lost .80 a day or so... cant afford to loose anything less than that!!

    guess it will jus be chicken and talipa for me... greens, lettuce and cabbage.. URGG!!!!!@

    Apples slowed you down.. wow!!!! that is all i eat,, iw o nder if that is whats making me slow.. so what did you eat for fruit, strawberry, orange or 1/2 grapefuit

    hey guys! i am 6 weeks out of my first round. lost 16, and cheated sooo bad in P3 & P4 and stabalized 6 lbs above LDW.... which calls for one last round!

    for anyone who purchased im injections online, where did you purchase and what brand?
    i am on vlcd6 have lost 7 lbs and only have injects for the 23 days and want to make it a 40 dayer.

    You guys were busy again this morning, great info as usual. Me, down .2, has to be TOM, I didn't go off protocol at all the last couple of days, doesn't look like I'm meeting my 200 lb goal for the week ;o(.

    Tickets - In P & I it states if you stall for 4 or more days you can do an apple day, 6 apples, lots of water throughout the day. You have awesome losses the first 10 days, did you take measurements, because I bet you are loosing inches right now and not the weight. I read under an HCG Coaches discussion that you really can have stalls up to 12 days, and not to panic as long as you are on protocol, not cheating and loosing inches. I did one apple day last round, for me it wasn't bad as long as I could eat something every couple hours, the steak day in P3, was extremely hard. In the HCG Guide it talks about apple days just being in your mind, however ACV is known to help with weight loss, therefore apples not being fermented should do the same thing?

    Sweets - You can't compare what we eat to what you are eating, everyone will have different reactions to different foods. Do you know what your ideal weight is for your height and bone structure? I have a feeling that you are fairly close to that area, therefore that is why you aren't loosing as fast as the rest of us. Besides, my average weight loss last round was .45 lbs per day, not unusual. I did apples all the time last round, just craving oranges this time, so am eating more of them instead of apples, I still eat apples as well. Cucumbers and radishes are good too, they are easy snack foods.

    Jenni - We've been to Pocatello for Jr. Rodeo's, but haven't been there for a while, long drive for us any more, we're on the road enough with High School stuff, next year will be College, we'll be back up in that area again. In the cookbook is a P2 friendly spaghetti sauce, my family even liked it, I just skipped the noodles, and in P3, I added the shiraki noodles which worked.

    Kbckwlt - It says in P & I that you can eat your fruit & toast for bkfst, I agree with Sun tho, I think it would be easier to do part of the veggy. Personally, I eat my fruit around 10 am, that helps.

    Jill - The reason no bkfst, I am thinking, is because the HCG is using that bad fat for breakfast, you eat the 500 cal's to sustain the rest of your body during the day. Does that make sense? I finally had no bruising this morning too when I tented, at least none that showed before I left the house.

    The first round I did I got from a skin clinic, they said that there are "free foods" you can have, iceburg lettuce, celery and cucumbers. They also said to take whatever veggie you're eating and put it over a bed of iceburg, more filling. Sometimes I will have some cut up celery as a fiber filler, or cut up and apple and celery and make a acv vinegrette to go over it, its like your apple plus a freebie...

    Sweets - I am in south Florida as well! I live in the Fort Lauderdale area near US-1. How about you? You can make the taco salad you were talking about with 99% lean ground turkey. It's a great substitute for ground beef recipes. I already cooked a dish with ground turkey this week and kept good weight loss. What are your stats again?

    I ordered my hcg injections from www.pharmacyescrow.com. We got our product from North India. It took about 12-15 days for the product to get here.
