    At least we are in a similar boat (seems to be working out like that quite a bit!) with the making ourselves eat because we need to. It's just so weird how so little food can tie me over and make me full before even finishing my tiny plateful.

    Did you say you had a recipe for stuffed tomatoes? If so, were they stuffed with shrimp?

    I hope the weight I will most likely end up gaining is mostly bloat/water weight from TOM and will come off super fast. These hhcg drops go so quickly. There is no way this bottle I have will last me the whole 40 days. I ordered more, but of a different kind. They are more potent than what I ordered the first time. We shall see

    I pre-loaded on Tuesdsay and Wednesday and I have never wanted to start a diet so bad in my life! Lol I was so sick eating like that! I'm on day 3 of phase 2 and it's hard today. Probably because it's the weekend and I want to snack and eat BBQ. I'm glad I found this site because I really need some support. I have some friends at work that are going to start soon but that's not helping me right now!

    A little about me:

    I'm 30 and have a 6 year old and 2 year old. I'm a very active 4th grade teacher but it hasn't been helping me lose weight so I turned to hcg. I have been doing The Game On Diet and been successful in taking and keeping off about 10 pounds but would like more. I started at 148.8 Thursday morning and this morning I was 145.9. So I feel like it's working. I'm hoping to be in the low 130's or maybe even 120's by the end. Oh and I'm taking the drops, I wasn't aware there were other ways to get hcg.

    Hi. I loaded last Sunday and Monday, so I'm on P2VLCD5. The diet isn't easy, and it's not hard, in a way. I'm really not hungry, but I just want to munch on something really bad. I wait a few minutes and the craving goes away. I'm doing the 40 day cycle. I hope, (but I think I just might) make it.

    This morning my weight loss was 10.5lbs. So that really motivates me to do this right. :0)

    I finally decided to join in... I've been reading here for a couple of weeks. I am at the end of day 2 of VLCD. I'm having a hard time. I'm nibbling on frozen strawberries now. I'm not sooo hungry today I just feel like somethings missing. And I'm pretty sure that something is wine! Like some of you, I enjoy having a glass of wine or two in the evenings and I just miss it.
    I hear the first week is the hardest. I just keep telling myself I can do anything for 3 weeks...
    I started at 142 after my 2 load days, this morning I was at 139.4. So THAT'S encouraging! I can't wait to weigh in tomorrow.
    I bought the Rx powder from alldaychemist and mixed up my drops using sterile water and vodka. I put about a half ml under my tongue 2x a day. I can feel it for sure. Today I got home and I was so hungry and crabby I could hardly stand myself! It had been more than 12 hrs since I used the drops this morning, so the first thing I did when I got home was put my drops under my tongue and lay on my bed for about 10 minutes and I felt SO much better.
    Have any of you noticed more energy in the morning? I got up today at 5, felt great! It's the evenings that get me.

    Oh and I gotta get some of that flavored stevia! Do they have it at Whole Foods or Sunflower Market?

    Hi everyone,

    I am going to join in. My husband and I are doing the HHCG drops from diyhcg.com. We are on VLCD4 (well it is almost over - thankfully!). I am down 4.4 lbs from pre-load and 6 lbs from load. He is down 6 lbs from pre-load. I am still having hunger issues and I'm not happy about that! Tomorrow I may try breaking my drops up into 6 doses. Is that what you do? The 3 is not working for me. My husband is feeling better than I am.

    I am hoping to lose 15 lbs total and can't wait to wear all the clothes in my closet that don't fit anymore!

    Hi everyone!! My name is Karlene and have been lurking and learning for a few weeks and am ready to start my loading tomorrow morning (gulp!!). In a way I am here representing four. My husband and I and also my parents are all starting together tomorrow. I'm looking forward to having several different support groups to go through this with, and I know that I can use the wealth of information that is here on the site!
    A little about myself... I am 35 and a home schooling mom of four kids, ages 6,5,3, and 1. I am one of the odd people that loses weight like crazy when I am pregnant (one reason that I feel really good about my chances for success on this diet) and gain like crazy while nursing. I have tried moderate dieting and exercising 5-6 days a week to try and drop some weight while nursing this time and the only result I got was a 6 pound GAIN in three weeks. GULP! I actually gained slower while not dieting and exercising. Hopefully this will be a good solution for me!
    I hope to lose around 30 pounds (I'm not sure exactly how much at this point. I've decided not to weigh in until after my loading days as my true "before" weight won't really change anything anyways). I'm only 4'11", so it's quite a bit on my small frame. I am looking forward to being back down around the size I was before kids!
    I look forward to learning, and losing, along with you all!!

    Hello everyone,

    I am so glad I stumbled across this forum! I just started HCG for the first time, I am doing IM injections . My starting wieght was 155 and I am hoping to get down somewhwere between 130 to 135. Even at my thinnest, i could never get rid of my belly, so I am hoping that this diet will remedy that.

    I am on day 2 of loading, I plan on doing a third because i started mid day on the first day and i want to be sure that i load enough. I am not enjoying this part though; I am not hungry, I feel sick everytime I eat, my stomach looks pregnant, and I am already up almost 2 lbs. I just can't wait to start the VLCD days, bring em on!

    Anyway I am so glad to see there are so many of you to share this journey with and I am looking forward to hearing about all of your success in the days to come.
