Annja, was your question directed at me? I must agree it is amazing, even to me. I really can't believe it. I keep thinking I'm going to wake up from this wonderful dream.

I'm using rx pellets, 125 iu twice a day. I take one in the morning before breakfast and one at night a couple hours after dinner. I'm eating straight from Simeons' food list. Nothing extra. I drink nearly a gallon of water, which is more than Simeons say you have to drink, but I was about that before I started HCG. Saw no reason to go down to less. Maybe that's helping. I don't expect that my losses will continue at this pace. It usually slows down the second week, right?

Let me know how the exercise works for you. I am planning on doing light exercise starting next week. What are you doing for exercise? I initially started before the holidays but started cheating way too much due to parties and travelling out of town so I stopped and loaded again NYE and the rest of the weekend. Down 3 pounds today, only gained 1lb after loading.

VLCD 8, down 3.5 today, 17.5 total. All I can say is this is amazing. I didn't exercise the first week since I was sick and had TOM. Thought it might be too much to ask my body to do, but I'm going to try today and see how my body reacts. I hope it's good.

Way to go! 3 lbs. Yay! Hang in there. You can do this.

Never did make it to the gym, BUT I'm going today, so I'll let you know what happens tomorrow. After two fat zeros in a row, I'm hoping the exercise might help, but it could hurt. We'll see.

Morning! Only down .2 after a food miscalculation yesterday...oops. Today I'll keep better track. Wishing for better losses, but TOM is screwing things up, so hopefully things will pick up soon!

Hey Everyone, I'm down 1.5 today. Woohoo! I did exercise yesterday. Maybe that helped, but I was a tad hungry for the rest of the day. It wasn't too bad, just enough to be annoying. Just kept downing the water, and that helped.

That is Awesome Forever Young! I will be off work on Monday and Tuesday, I'm going to try a slight exercise and see how it goes for me. Nothing strenuous, just enough to get the heart pumping.

The past 2 days, I've been down 1 lb each day. Yay! Things have been crazy for me at work, no time forums. I wasn't expecting a loss though. I accidentally took halibut out of the freezer instead of tilapia for dinner last night. So, I went ahead and had halibut with asparagus for dinner.

Gmarie24, thanks so much. That success was short-lived. I regained the 1.5 lbs. today. Give the exercise a go and see what happens. I didn't go yesterday, but will try today. How does halibut taste? I've never tried it.

I thought we couldn't have halibut or salmon. Actually, I'd like to know what types of fish we are allowed. All I've seen is whitefish. Is pollock a whitefish? Cod? Catfish? I eat tilapia because I've seen that's okay. Down another pound today after the scale not moving yesterday. Also...does anyone know of an apple that is not so darn sweet? I've been eating Granny Smith apples and they are very sweet. I don't like apples to begin with and I don't like sweet/tart things much.
