To be honest, you're already at a healthy weight for your height. It's hard to tell what you would lose because it's unlikely that you have much abnormal fat, which is what HCG targets. I wouldn't really recommend HCG for you![]()
Okay I am a 18 year old male I am 5'9 and I weigh 170 pounds I want to lose 30 to 40 pounds so I'll weigh 130 or 140 pounds do you think with this weight loss you will be able to tell a difference and will my cloths be loser will I lose many inches with a 30 to 40 pound weight loss?

According to your post last month you've done hcg and you are already on P2 according to another post you made. So you already know how it works.
Everybody is different. Some lose inches first, then pounds. Some lose pounds first, then inches. I'm concerned about why you want to be such an unhealthily low weight. Is there a reason you've chosen that weight? Are you familiar with how hcg works, targeting your excess fat, not necessarily allowing you to get below your normal weight?
