    im big frame i guess cuz i have big shoilders im aboit 5'7 and 160 but it went up to 163.I do eat natural as possible. I'm a vegan I pound of sunflower seeds with Stevia and almond milk everyday.sunflower seed butter And veggies and sometimes veggie soup I make and avacdos.I don't eat added sugars.it's probably the carbonated drinks I drank last night right before I went to bed right?and also the fact that I still went to bed later then I did.

    That could be it but I don't know.. I "occasionally" (or maybe more often then I should) have carbonated flavored water drinks mixed with vodka and usually have pretty good losses after that. I ate a protein style burger last night around 10 pm, went to be around 11:30, got up at 5:45 and I was down 2#'s!! Not sure why... but every body is different and reacts differently to things. Just keep up what you are doing and feel GREAT about yourself!! You have done a few rounds and have (I am sure) come a far way!! Be proud and be healthy!! Your body knows what it is doing and according to the chart.. you are pretty close to your ideal weight! Might just be where you are going to stay!! Like I said before, it can be addicting to lose weight.... obviously a lot of people have serious medical issues with this problem (My best friend growing up was anorexic and then bulimic) just realize what is healthy!! You should be super proud of yourself and happiness should come from the inside... not the outside! I bet your look fabulous!!
