I will look into that, thanks!

I will be starting l-carnitine, a probiotic and digestive enzymes when I get to P3. I have read here that it's helping some stabilize.

I decided to stay on P2 until my vial is out so that should be a few more days then the 72 hours of vlcd. I am on a 3 day stall again so hopefully I will release some tomorrow. I feel good and I would like the cushion for expected scale fluctuations when I finally get into P3.

Hi ladies, hope everyone is doing well! It's been a rough 10 days or so for me. Following my incident of low blood pressure and dehydration, I got a particularly nasty bout of food poisoning only a couple days later. My poor stomach hasn't been able to handle much other than bland carby foods for the last week. So much for my chances at stabilization. I'm fat and bloated now, but my attempts to eat non carby foods have not gone well. My tummy immediately starts cramping up and feeling nauseous. So at this rate, it looks like it's going to be "losing the same weight three times" for me. I'm just going to give it a few more days for my stomach to feel better, and then I'm going to attempt some light eating in more of a low glycemic/moderate carb style rather than full on low carb. The low carb- high fat dieting just doesn't seem to agree with me. Even before the food poisoning, I was having a lot of stomach problems from all the fat (same thing in my last P3, and same thing in the past when I tried Atkins). Digestive enzymes have done nothing to help. It's so frustrating, but I'm sick of feeling sick.

Nothing exciting to report today. Sticking again. Second day at 125.2 and I am totally happy with that.

Today is day 40 so last day of HCG and Friday is first day of P3. Of course I have a cook out to go to and Saturday is the rescheduled bday dinner. Both situations will be tough for me in regards to the alcohol. I don't think it is wise to drink the first day of P3 (ya think?) so I will try and suffer through that while also limiting my food intake. Saturday night I will have my Mich Ultras though. Ugh, I forgot what a scary time transitioning into P3 was! What makes it more nerve wracking was what happened last time with the bingeing and I so cannot go there again!

I am looking forward to Friday but yet am not at the same time!
Congrats on your continued weight loss. I'm actually not in p3. I did 3 weeks and restarted another round without loading. Remember I'm one of those rogue individuals. I'm actually having a really great round. I don't know if it's due to me freezing my shots or my dose being right. I am so prepared metally this time. I think my previous failure taught me something about the mind set I need to be in to succeed.

KristenAZ- I hope you are back on your feet soon! I know how you feel having to restart and the mental angst that causes. We are here to root you on once you are physically and mentally ready.

Pax- Wow, that 3 weeks was fast! I'll look forward to keeping track of your P2.

AFM, I still on the juice on VLCD44. As crazy as it sounds I want to #1 get safely under 125 before going in to P3 and #2 be on HCG and VLCD to correct after this infamous cheat meal that is tomorrow and I cannot escape unless it downpours again. I am planning on a small steak and salad with my own dressing and 2-3 beers. I would rather be in P2 while my body deals with the aftermath than in the 72 period or the first day of P3. It sounds nuts and I should just skip it or not have the beer but this stupid dinner has become so huge in my head and I really don't want to say I am still on the diet because I have been saying for weeks "one more week". I am sure you know how I feel.

    How's everyone doing?

I'm in P4, and tried a piece of cake and some cold cereal and saw the scale jump 2.6 lbs overnight. I was 3.0 under LDW, so I'm not doing a steak day, but eating clean today nonetheless. I don't like to see the scale go up, freaks me out. Trying to be good today and plan on running in the morning

Jamie- How was your weigh-in today? I bet a lot of that was water. I think when we jolt our systems with high-sugar/highly refined foods we tend to retain water or have some inflammation. It's not realistic to think that we will NEVER eat cake or cereal ever again but it's how we react afterward that counts!

I am still on P2. I know it probably seems like I am pushing it again but I can't bring myself to waste my last mixed vial of HCG. I do have that brain junk telling me that my backside is still a hot mess and if I only lost 3 more pounds I would be better. It never ends.

I had those 2 beers on Saturday night and had a small steak and salad with MCT oil and red wine vinegar. Was so good but a lot of salt. I got home and felt like I had 12 beers! Yuck! I had to go to bed with 2 Advil. I was only up .4 the next day and today am down 1# to 123.6.

I am not sure when I will end this round. I have two family birthday parties on the next two Saturdays and I am getting tired of sitting through these events not eating or drinking. I hate the negative attention from that. I was at a BBQ on Friday and my brother in law asked if I wanted some ice cubes. Well his wife is about 70 pounds overweight so he's just jealous his little brother got the hot wife!

Thanks for asking Twinma. I am down only .6 this morning, but will run today and try to eat clean most of the day again. I'm still below LDW, so not freaking out at all!

It sounds like you are doing great Twinma. I can't believe you are still on P2. I cannot handle long rounds mentally at all. You are doing wonderful though and it sounds like the beer didn't set you back at all! Keep it up

    So cute!!

I'm one of those that short rounds equal failure. I prefer to do long rounds since it takes my mind a good week or so to get into the "zone".

This could be why my short R2 was an epic failure. I am def not as desperate to eat like I was then. I feel like I am getting almost numb to food. I am in a major routine and will miss the feeling of excitement right before morning weigh-ins.

I decided to end my P2 today. My hunger came on with a vengeance!

For some reason I was up 1.6 today. The only thing I did different was eat asparagus. Weird. It was hot so I drank a lot of Crystal Light. Who knows.

Perhaps because of that I have been so hungry today. I upped my protein at dinner and had 2 full servings of Chocolate Delight. Now I am really scared to get on the scale in the morning. It was giving me different readings too and it is only a year old. Wonder if I should change the battery. Seems soon to have to do that.

I hate this part. I am nervous that I won't be able to control my eating when I get to P3 or in the next two days leading to the start of P3 on Friday. Grrr!
