Still down today, total 45#! On my 3rd day of the round, cycling. Doing well. How is everyone else doing? Any plans for the holiday weekend? Still working lots of hours, bringing up physician order entry at the hospital (and trying to keep my stress level down.)

Hi everyone.
I reached home late last evening. Did not feel like cooking meat so I decided to make an omlette instead. I took the whites of 4 eggs and yolk of one. This is what I do for P2, for P3 I use whole eggs. I cut an onion and then decided to add one tsp coconut oil to brown them. While the onions were getting done, out of nowhere I got an urge to add one tomoato also. So I did that. And again I felt like adding spinach leaves, so I did that too. And then I poured egg mixture and again I began to think why was I wasting 3 perfect egg yolks? So I added all the yolks. Then I realize that the whole thingy strated to stick in the pan simply because it had turned into a huge pile by then. So I had no option but to add 3 tsp more of coconut oil. I had a plate-full of really good looking and delicious omlette. I went rogue for the first time in three rounds by mixing veggies and using coconut oil.
Why I narrate this whole incident is to ellaborate the fact that once we give in to one thought of deviating from the diet, we keep on giving to many. May be that is why those who start cheating keep on cheating more and more. The strictness and rigitidity of the whole protocol is what makes us stick to it. At least I found this to be true in my case.
As expected, I was up .2 today which was better that yesterday's gain of .4 without any reason. So I am back to being 153.6 instead of moving into 152's.

Hi all
When I weighed this morning, I had again gained .2 bringing the toal gain to .8 in last three days. Three consecutive days of gain. Somehow, I attributed it to my HCG which I had mixed exactly three days back. So I went and mixed another one and injected with this fresh one. After I finished, I weighed myself again and found I was less .6 lbs. I guess the HCG was not bad after all. Now I end up with two vials (5+7 doses) left. Don't know which one to use. Or to extend my round and use both?
I still feel my body is resisting this range of weight. Earlier stuck to 154s and now to 153s.
I thought I would drop in on this thread to say hi too! Archie you are so right about giving in on the little things, they do add up. I had to go to a client 2 days ago (I am a financial planner) and when I got there, she had baked a cake. Talk about a dilemma! It was chocolate, with banana and nuts in it. I thanked her and explained my situation, then politely took about a 2 inch square piece and ate it in teeny, tiny, bites. Maybe why my wt was the same yesterday and today, but life happens and you just get back on track. I have been skipping the breadsticks and today ate under 500 cals. I am hoping for some movement tomorrow morning, which would be helpful in many ways!
Getting ready for some travel. We are doing our vacationing in state this summer, our Arizona Buy-cott. I can take my scale and goodies with me, don't have to worry about packing that stuff. I have to go to LA next week for 5 days for a conference, that will be a challenge. I will be at the end of my round. Depending on how much I weigh when I come home, I may extend P2 longer than the 23 days I have planned. I may not be checking in as often, but I will definitely be thinking of all of you and keep positive thoughts in mind for all of us!
Please let us know how did it go Queen. It's okay if you log in depending on your convenience. We are all part of the same family and tied together with hope and strangely pain - of being overweight.
