    Mixing 6000iu vial

Hi, I hope you don't mind me stepping into your thread. I also purchased HCG from Diet Doc but I got the 6000 IU. My instructions say to mix it with 6 ml of bac water and inject .15 ml. I have done this diet before but it has been years. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. Would that be the correct mixing and dose to start? I am thinking of starting either this Sunday or possibly Mother's Day with a nice day of loading.. my kids are already talking about taking me to this wonderful restraunt for breakfast so I will probably wait until then and just start eating right and excercising to kick start this weighloss journey.

My son is getting married in June and my dress came and it is too tight! I need to lose at least 15 lbs, hopefully more, but I will take what I can get. This is the only diet that I have ever done that has worked for me. I guess knowing I can't cheat is the thing that helps me succeed with this.

    Thank you!!

Hi Pheobes, I've given you your own thread in case you have further questions.

We recommend mixing in at least a 1:2 ratio. That would mean you would mix your 6000iu vial with 12ml bacteriostatic water. The dosing is then double what it is in the DietDoc instructions, but it is the same 150iu dose.

So instead of pulling to .15 on your U-100 syringe, you will pull to .30 for a dose of 150iu.

The reason to use more dilutant is for accuracy, as some is always left in the needle. It also makes adjusting dose easier and more accurate. You can also mix 1:4, as that is how Dr. Simeons mixed his HCG for injection.

If your vial is not large enough to hold the 12ml mixing solution, you will need to obtain a sterile mixing vial for that purpose.

And you are right, your goal is doable with HCG (almost guaranteed), but you definitely cannot cheat and expect to make it.

Remember that the shortest round is 23 dose days, but if you can manage to get in at least 30 dose days, you'll have the best chance at a solid stabilization. If you stop by 30 dose days, you do not have to skip a day a week, so that can tighten up your timeline a bit.

Hi! Thanks Dubbles for the well wishes!! I appreciate it!

Thank you Leez! (I feel so special getting my own thread! ) I just looked and it looks like the vial is a 6ml vial. It's the same size as the one they sent the HCG in. So.... this means I need to find a sterile vial that would hold at least 12 ml and also get more bac water to mix it with. Is that something that is sold or easily found at the drug store? Thank you so much for all of your help! It's been about 5 years since I last visited this site and did HCG so it's been a while.

I really appreciate the well wishes and the expert advise!! Thank you ladies so much!

The sterile mixing vials and bacteriostatic water can be ordered online. I have not purchased either at the drug store, but it doesn't hurt to ask the pharmacist. It might be available in your town.

i generally order supplies from formagenix.net, but checking their site just now, I see they only carry 10ml sterile vials. 20ml would be the next most common size. They do have bacteriostatic water available currently. Mentioning that because some kind of availability weirdness has been going on with that product for the last couple years. It is sometimes hard to source.

5 years ago, all of this stuff was a lot easier to find, but its still out there.

Hopefully someone who has purchased supplies recently will chime in with a recommendation for you.

You may be able to find a better deal somewhere else, but here is a larger sterile vial that is a reputable brand:

Okay, thank you! If I can't find it then I will just mix with what diet dic sent me and hope I get the dosage correct right off the bat.
I am going to start loading Saturday the 1st, or at least that is the plan right now. How soon should I know if the dosage is correct? I am going to try and see about ordering more bac water and a larger sterile vial as long as it can get to me in time. Crossing my fingers!
    Thank you again!

As someone who has had to adjust doses quite a bit, I would urge you to start from a solid place, mixing according to Leezís instructions, and get the vial(s) and bac water and not wing it and hope for the best. It will make any adjustments so much easier and eliminate a lot of guess work. You donít want to experience hunger if you donít have to, or any longer than you have to. Hunger on HCG is an entirely different level of discomfort and very unpleasant. That said, the main reason for my response is to relay that I have had good experiences with West End Medical Supply: https://westendmedicalsupplies.com/ They have vials and bac water and other things that may be needed (mixing needles, etc.) They ship fast so if you order soon/today you **may** get it in time. Good luck! Hi

I echo Leez and MrsWoody- I would get a larger vial and bacteriostatic water if needed and mix as Leez instructed. You can get bacteriostatic water and a 30 ml sterile vial at www.bacteriostaticwater.com

Normally, they send you a 30 ml container of bacteriostatic water though, so if that is what you have, you only need the vial. You can order that through Leez’s Amazon link she provided. It’s cheap and you will get it in a day or two. Plenty of time for your round.

Leez ~ Thank you! I am taking your original advice. I found the bacteriostatic water and a 30 ml vial that should be here in time for me to load Saturday the 1st. Thank you, thank you!!

MrsWoody~ Thank you! I know you are right!! Leez advice is the correct one to go with and I agree, I don't want to waist any time with the wrong dose! Thanks to both you and justgitterdone....and of course Leez, I am going to mix it the was Leez instructed.

justgitterdone ~ (Love your name by the way) Thank you!! Diet Doc sent me only a 6mL steril vial of bac water so I went ahead and ordered a sterile 30ml bac water as well as vial. Hope to start my load on Saturday!

Thank you ladies so much for your advice! I am eager to lose weight as my son is getting married on June 13th and the dress I ordered won't even zip up! Ugh! I have done this diet (homeopathic and inj) years ago and it is really the only diet that has ever worked for me. I have a week to get my mind in the right place and with hcg friends like you ladies in my corner to lean on and get advice from, I am encouraged and excited to get this journey started! Thanks again!!

    Hi Leez,

My 30 ml of Bacteriostatic Sterile Water and my empty steril 30ml vial should be here this week. I would love your advice on how to mix my hcg. I guess I will have to open the vial of hcg that was sent to me from diet doc and pour it into the sterile 30 ML vial and then transfer the 12 ml of bac water into that bottle? I have never had to open up a hcg vial before, any suggestions? Is there anything else I should buy? Is it okay to do that and then is it easy to place the lid (that you enter the syringe through) back on? I will wash my hands, and also be using alcohol wipes etc... but a little nervous and want to make sure I do things right.

    Thank you in advance!
