    Thanks Leez, sdwis, and jmmrr for the friendly advice. I'll try to keep that stuff in mind when I start P3 soon.

    In my previous P3 and P4, I ate a lot of tuna with mayo. But I used Just Mayo because it contained no soy, lactose, or dairy (but has canola oil listed as one of the primary ingredients ).

    The JustMayo is such a great idea except for that canola oil thing. Veggienaise (soy-free) is an option for mayo without soy or canola oil.

    You can also easily make your own with quality eggs and oils using the immersion blender method--I love it. It requires no tedious oil drizzling. Its quick and easy.

    In immersion blender cup add:

    egg
    seasonings
    float oil on top

    Gently ease stick blender to bottom of cup.
    Begin blending at bottom.
    When you see the mayo starting to form, slowly lift and lower the stick blender and continue blending until you get a finished mayo texture. Thats all there is too it. I do whipped cream the same way. So easy.

    I also like avocado mayo, but you have to make that right before you use it. Yummy though.

    There is now Primal Mayo that is avocado oil mayo you can find it at Thrive Market online.

    Everyone seems to be very successful with the stick blender mayo but me. I can make mayo by hand (which is a huge pain) or I can make it in my food processor by drizzling the oil through the little hole in the feeder tube, but I can't ever seem to get the stick blender to work. It works for everyone else who has ever tried it.

    I bought some mayo the other day for the first time in years. I have to say mine is much, much better.
