    Newbie questions

Start P1-loading on Friday TOM will be done. I have read Pounds and Inches twice. So two questions-
What did you miss in the info that you wish would've known?
Apple's and cucumbers can I skip the skin? I can deal with apple skin but really not cucumber.

I wish I would have known that the 1 T milk allowed in the 500 calorie menu is ok to be whole milk. It makes that morning cup of coffee so much nicer.

In my first few rounds, I thought I had to use skim milk. My coffee was very sad.

As for skins, english cucumber skins are worth eating, they are just as soft as the flesh. English cucumbers are the long skinny ones that come individually wrapped. But you can peel your cucumbers if you wish. Its probably unwise eat either apple or cucumber peel unless they are is organic. But everyone has different comfort levels and budget restrictions, so you just do the best you can.

My recent HCG round was with DietDoc. Our site owner has generously arranged for me to earn a small fee if you use my DietDoc or Nu Image Medical link to order your Hcg and supplies.
