    Hi! This is my "first" (really second but I was sick the first so didnt do much eating) day of loading, will start vlc on Sunday. I feel miserable!! Yesterday I didnt feel well but thats because I drank too much Wednesday night (oops). Kind of had a farewell party for my adipose tissue, lol. So I understood why I felt like crap, but today I woke up feeling fine, took my drops, waited and ate as much as I could, and I feel like doo-doo. I think its all the high fat foods. Im craving healthy stuff, but for once in my life I need to opt OUT of the healthy choices! Im never satisfied apparently. When I can eat anything I want, I want healthy stuff. When I should be eating the healthy stuff, I crave all the fatty foods. Frustrating! Oh, and Im also on hhcg right now, but will be switching mid-round to sublingual. Ive read a few posts on doing that and hope to not have any problems, any personal experience? Advice?

    Here was my food intake for yesturday:

    Breakfast - strawberries
    Lunch - Cucumbers
    Dinner - breaded (with ground melba and spices) cod and asparagus with a dab of lemon
    Snack - cherries

    I am under doctor supervision and follow his approved food list so before you get on me about protocol, lol, it was all approved foods for me.

    Wow, most everyone is doing awesome! PBgirl- hooray! Steveo- noticed you are right close to the 200's, yay! Thinner- stalls are so hard mentally, good luck to you!! abegely- wow, you are doing great!

    I'm giving up! I'm supposed to be on VLCD 13 and instead I did great until last Friday and have since gone off the deep end (as in, ate 2/3 package of Oreos at once?!). I'm a food binger and thought that I had conquered that through previous rounds of HCG but apparently not. My plan for now is to just relax for today, Sat, and Sun with no injections, try to eat P3 for those 3 days, then spend Monday cooking and freezing things to restart P2. I did so much better when I had time to obsess about this diet, but I just don't have time to do that anymore! Hoping that if I have food already prepared and can just grab that food without thinking things will go more smoothly. It also helps that I've eaten all the oreos and M&Ms in the house so they won't be there to tempt me, haha.

    I had sauerkraut with lean steak last night and a baked apple. It was delicious! But, I was up .6 today. But I was up a bit last Friday ... maybe that will just be my pattern? I honestly felt a bit bloaty today ... maybe too much sodium yesterday? Just trying to stay positive and see the bigger picture ... still down a bunch, don't let a .6 hiccup ruin things.

    Things can't be all bad on a Friday and I have a three day weekend! I keep my scale at work so all of us doing hcg can weigh in ... so I won't weigh in until Tuesday. Hopefully I'll see a minus 4 or 5!

    Good morning lossers!!!
    Well i had sauerkraut,salmon patty and orange last night and had a .8 gain this morning. I didn't think the salmon or sauerkraut would be bad but it must be. What do you guys think??? should i have not of had either one? 132oz of water and yerba mata tea and smooth move tea have not had a bowel movement since last week.

    I wonder if it the sauerkraute because i had a .8 gain also. But i did have salmon pattie and i don't think it protcal.

    Salmon is way bad on hCG, it's too high in fat, I sure hope your gain comes off quickly :-(

    And so it was that my short time on this forum has come to an end. I did not come to this forum to make friends, I came for information about the diet so my chances of success would improve, information is power. All of your help has been wonderfull, I am down 14# of pre-load weight after 10 days. (247.4 to 233.4)
    I have found that the more I am here, the more I care about each of your stories, and look forward to hearing daily how you are doing.

    I had thought about quitting the board, and the final push came when I offended one of you earlier in this thread. it was not intentional, i just like to add levity, and character to my posts, but since that happened, I do not feel comfortable here. So I will travel the rest of my road alone. (Well my wife is very supportive)
    Each of you are doing a wonderful thing, taking control of your lives, and choosing to live healthier by losing unhealthy weight, and I applaud you for that. Earlier I said that I may jump off of the diet early because it is just no fun, but you have given me the encouragement to go all the way. I played college football at 210# and now I am committed to get there.

    So upon leaving, I would not be a very good Grandad if I did not brag on my 3 beautiful grandaughters just once.
    I know, I know, you are saying I look way to young at 43 to have grandaughters, (blush) My wife and I started our lives very young, but have stayed together, next year will be our 25th anneversary.

    Here they are, and fairwell and good luck to each and every one of you special people.

    Me too! Only .1 lbs. I guess the first few days caught up with me. Plus today I was up over 2 hours earlier than yesterday. So if I average between the last two days, it's still all good. Or at least that's what I am telling myself.

    I made curry fish yesterday - yummy! Thanks for the idea!

    I decided what I am going to do tomorrow (the day where I am leaving the house at 7:30 and probably won't be back until 9 or 10). Since I can't realistically pack the right food with me (no fridge), I decided to to an apple day. How is that for problem solving?

    Morning all!

    On Day 3 and feeling pretty good - I'm a bit upset though cause I have no idea whether I'm losing. I'd been
    weighing myself the last few days at work (no scale at home) in the morning. Obviously not the most
    reliable source. Yesterday I bought a scale of my own and weighed myself
    this morning and it said I'd lost 5 pounds overnight! Haha. But I know there's no way that's right, cause when I got to work this morning I was back up to the same weight as yesterday (plus I tried the scale at the gym early this morning, and
    it concurs w/ the work scale). So I don't know which to trust. I guess from here on out I'll trust my own scale,
    but it just makes me frustrated. Oooh well. Good news is that I'm not hungry this a.m., and made it through a serious
    craving last night (thank you mineral water and stevia!!)

    Good morning everyone. Today I weigh 1.8#lost. Gee I am doing much better that my last R1. I did cheat last night. Here's my breakdown:
    Breakfast: Grapefruit and Green Tea
    Lunch: 2 boiled eggs but one without yolk
    snack: apple
    Dinner: chicken salad & some pasta with bacon, mixed with eggs, whipping cream and something else
    Snack: Chocolate Almonds

    Okay I know I shouldn't have had the pasta but I have my bible group and one of the gals made this pasta and had to try a little. It was only a little including a little salad. There were deserts and the temptation I was able to said No. but when I got home and my little girl wanted my chocolate almonds....yum....had a few. Almonds are good but the chocolate I know is bad but I could not hold off the temptation and I could not run away and hide! LOL......I pray I do better this weekend. I know I don't do well on the weekends as we eat out and or barbeque.
