    OK to just load one day if ....

    Hi everyone, I just started load day 1 today for my 3rd (last) round. I recently went on a cruise and brought back around 5lbs with me so I was wondering f i truly needed to load for 2 full days. Last night I had fattening meal out and today has been an all out binge day. I was hoping to start VLCD tomorrow instead of doing another load day. What do you think? As far as fat reserves, I am sure they are topped-off from the cruise

    If you only load one day I can tell you now you will have hunger issues seriously the first week. It's not just fat reserves, it's allowing enough time to get the HCG into your system. It's not horrible, but I can tell you from experience it's not that great either. Eat the extra day.

    I too experienced the horrible hunger issues the first week. I felt like I *couldn't* load a second day because eating made me feel sick after loading on so much junk on the first day. So I didn't. My husband did. And our experiences the first week were completely different- he did well, I was famished. It got better after the first week, but I think it happened because I didn't load right.
    Round 1:
    184.2 (load) to 159.8, stabilized at 157.6 (-26.6)--> size 16 to size 12!

    Round 2:
    163.6 (load) to 139.0, stabilized at 144.0 for 3 months (-19.4)--> size 12 to a loose size 10!

    Round 3:
    9/13 and 9/14 -- Loading in progress!

    5'3" -- Goal weight = 125

    Thanks for the info . . . I am fixing to start my R3 & seriously thought about loading only 1 day. Hmmmm . . . this info may definitely change my mind! My R2 was tough enough the way it was!

    You don't have to load on junk. You can eat lots of dense calorie food like macadamia nuts, cream cheese, avocados, steaks etc.

    You need to at least eat normally for 2 days. It takes that long for the hcg to take effect. You don't want to start losing before the hcg is working because you'll lose normal fat not abnormal fat.

    Hi I am doing a round of Hcg injections, I started at at noon the day before last and wanted to start lcvd today (which would have me only doing 1 1/2 day fat load) my question is should I do 1 more day fat load or just start low cal today??
    Help! I just don't want to be hungry this time!

    I would do another day of loading. Your hcg isn't fully active yet.

    Yes, please load properly! I did not and regret it.
    1st day I only loaded second half of the day and on day 2, I ate a lot but did not gorge. Mostly on pastries, hummus, dolmas, and my homemade pecan pie(which I'd kill for right now) I am day 8 after loading and have been hungry this whole week. My friend and I started at the same time and he's making himself eat because he keeps forgetting.
