Thread: P3 Back to P2 on HHCG....anyone Tried This?

    Good Morning! Well up .4 which puts me .6 over LDW..but last night we ate a some peoples house and not sure what the burger was seasone with and i did have a couple of real chips and dip..also had some peanuts and pork rinds yesterday afternoon...so I may be even more tomorrow..so mYou ostly protein today!

    Louise..I was wondering about Holly too...we have not heard from her in a while..

    Evita...yeah! You have learned that sticking to i pays off...Congrats...you will be ready for the beach this weekend!

    Missy..welcome we are not sure how well we are all going to do breaking the rules but we are all together at least!

    Tracy...get that girl up! My 19 year old would be jealous...I was never a good mom about letting them sleep in! I hope that she has a great day and her hunger isnt bad...maybe the loading will help her out...4lb loss on loading is great! I envy her!

    Thanks for the many kind and encouraging words everyone. You girls are the best! I've been getting compliments daily, which is, well, awesome! I have such a long way to go, but I am motivated to keep it up thanks to everyone around me.
    P2 has met it's match with me! LOL

    hi guys - went to a conference this week... guess i started p4. was not going to actually do p4, but decided to since i had less control over what we were eating and i want to wait until after my trip to go back to p2.

    don't be scared of p4 - here is what i ate this week... 1 small muffin, 3 granola bars, a few chips & salsa, 2 cookies, 1 piece of pecan pie, some croutons... YIKES! but guess what? i didn't gain an ounce!!!

    so louise... maybe it's not so scary... i did watch portions. everything "bad" that i ate was in a very small portion - but i was with work people and nurses and things and didn't want to get into the diet talk...

    yeah for everyone that is on their losing streak... can't wait to be back there!!!

    Zip, she's up! I call her my vampire. She works nights sometimes so I let her sleep. She did gain 2 lbs back from that weird loading loss but she feels good, no hunger. We had lunch together today, chicken, apple, celery salad with "honey mustard" dressing. She had trouble finishing it! I feel like she's my little science project. She has certainly encouraged me to use some of the more interesting recipes, tonight we're having crab cakes and roasted onions.

    Hey Evita, I will hang in there on P2 with you, I was almost done with this round, but since my daughter started I'm going to extend with her. We'll hit the 170's together, what do you say? We should finish at just about the same time.

    Tracy...she works nights that is impressive..my daughter just started a job and she is not excited about "real" life! I hope that she does great on this!

    Hi Nan, Here's my recipe:
    Mix: 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    1 and 1/2 Tablespoons mustard (I use dijon)
    1 packet (or equal to) stevia
    big dash of onion powder
    sea salt and pepper to taste.
    I like it tangy but you can play with it without screwing it up too bad.

    well i hope i didn't blow it today, i had a zaxby's grilled chicken salad with bleu cheese and bleu cheese dressing, i think the dressing had sugar in it...also the salad had those little friend onion things, like you put on casseroles..i tried to pick most of them off, well the bigger ones but there were alot of little tiny ones i couldn't get...if i am up tomorrow it's because of those darn fried onion things...
    hope everyone has a great long weekend...thanks our soldiers!!
    going to whole foods tomorrow, any suggestions on good stuff to buy?? )

    good morning everyone....hope you all had losses or at least stayed the same! the fried onions didn't bother me, i was down .4 this morning...crazy...
    we are going to pf changs for lunch today, anyone have any suggestions on what i can eat? i am worried about eating out at places like that..
    it's very hot and humid today, probably lose 10 gallons in sweat!!
