How many days you get out of a vial depends on the iu of the hcg vial and the dose. If you dose is 150iu, 4000iu of hcg will give you 4000/150 = 26 doses. 5000iu will give you 33 doses but often the hcg starts to lose potency somewhere after the 21 day mark.

10ml of bac water with 5000iu hcg is fine so yes a 10ml mixing vial works.

Ya'll my hcg should be here in a week or so. Im feeling nervous. I have already started thinking about what I want to wear when my body gets to where i want it to be. Im just expecting this to work for me. In a way I feel as though its to good to be true. Should I lower my expectations of how I will feel and look after my round? How did some of you feel before you started?

Also, any suggestions on where the best place is to get my injection supplies?

Picturing how you will look, feel etc when you get to goal is good, we call that future pacing.
Lower expectations? how about you remember when you are on p2 that its a journey and anything gained quickly is lost quickly.

Keep in mind average weight loss, not daily is around .5-.75 lbs per day, WHICH IS AWESOME. This is my round 2 and I never s tress about stalls because I know my body is just catching up.
After my 2 load days, I'M SO READY TO GO ON VLCD.

If HCG is not refrigerated for a day ( it was left open) has it lost its potency? I am at a stall for the past 3days but still following the protocol .
Also is the 21 day protocol for 21 or 24 days?

Hello, I'm on VLCD#18 and was only planning to do the 23 day round, but now I've decided to go ahead and complete a 40 day round. I have not been skipping the 7th day, and was wondering if I should skip it tomorrow, and then every 7th day after.

What do I do?

hey ya'll. i found a 40 day mixing kit.its 37.00 for ...40- 29 gauge 1/2" needle..2 5ml mixing syringes and needles and 2 10ml sterile vials. how does that sound?

i have the option of getting the syringes in the size of 1cc 29g or 1/2cc or 1cc 30g..which should i use? i wont need sodium choride right? just bac water?

Is it possible to gain musclemass in phase 2 and 3?

I have tried the diet a couple times before, but i ruined it for myself. Could't stick to the diet.
Just wondering if the hcg diet can still work for me if i do it again?

I have been doing HCG for 18 days. So far I have lost 8 lbs. That seems very lame to me after starving for 18 days and only losing 8lbs. I dont want to spend another 70 for more when I'm only losing very little weight. I have been sticking to the 500 calories and sometimes not even hitting 500. I did cheat twice during the 18 days. I was so hungry I couldn't stand it anymore lol .. it wasn't a big meal or anything close to that.
Anyway. I have enough left for today and that will be it. I been stuck on the same weight fluxuating going up 2 lbs and then back down. But never losing anymore for the past 1.5 weeks.

I did it twice. The first time I was the same way.. I was starving and ended up losing 5 lbs in 6 days. 2nd time I'm going on day 18 and lost 8 lbs total.

welcome aboard. I purchased my injection supplies piecemeal. Mixing vials and mixing syringes from gpzservices.com injection syringes at my local walmart. Bac water is currently in short supply but you should be able to find 30ml vials of bac sodium chloride at some of the medical sites.

I know that some people prefer to purchase kits already put together. There are several threads within the forum regarding mixing kits.

The hcg is likely fine. It would not cause a stall regardless. If it had lost potency you'd get progressively more hungry. Stalls are normal throughout the course of P2. I've had stalls of up to 10 days during rounds.

with injections, you do 2 days of loading with injection, at least 21 days of vlcd with injections, then 72 hours of vlcd after your last injection.

You only need to skip a day if you want to go longer than 40 days.
