I don't have a clue Beth. No I'm hungrier during the afternoon and evenings after the skips. I was wondering about the MIC too.
Sorry you're having problems. What day are you on? Do you know the brand of the hcg they are using? Do you find that you are better the night after the skips and perhaps the next morning? Has hunger changed at all going from 200 to 150?
I wonder if the MIC in the injection could have anything to do with it. Obviously it's something Nu Image feels works for people.

Just that first day (after my load)
I can't see you needing to go higher than 200iu unless something is really wrong with the mix.
You didn't say how many days you've been on so far.
I guess you could take a leap of faith and go down to 125iu for a few days. If no better do a skip, if no better then it's got to mean you need higher.

Hi Australian, my losses seem to be pretty consistent no matter how the doses go, so that's a good thing.
See if Beth can help with your dose. I'm nervous about feeling hungry because I've read here on the forums that hunger all the way through can make stabilizing more difficult. Otherwise I'd just forget about finding that perfect dose and ignore the hunger and power through.
I did post over on your original thread just before going to bedAnd yes, I do stay up too late. I LOVE staying up (classic night owl) and I have to force myself into bed every night, even though I'm happy once I'm there.

Really need your ranges. Free T3, Free T4 are needed. I like that your doc prescribed T3 and the D3 sure is important. Was this Dr. Holtorf? Anyway, I really like StopTheThyroidMadness.com but I see they just redesigned the web page and everything's moved. Try the FB main discussion group (there are a few, one is T3 only) https://www.facebook.com/groups/stopthethyroidmadness/ Feel free to drop me a message.
If its any help LadySmart, Both Tess and I are on much lower doses.
I was prescribed 150iu and was surprised when I felt hungry on loading. I am on 115 at present and Tess I think 105. SImeons dose was only 125iu so I don't know why clinics prescribe such high doses.
But I understand your fear, I was scared I would be more hungry if I dropped my dose or skipped, but, surprising, I was much less hungry.
Well, yesterday was my second day on the lower dose and I did feel hunger again, unlike the first day, but Beth said I need to wait at least three days to see if this is the right number for me or not. Complicating things is that TOM showed up today and I'm always more hungry on that day. Thanks for asking! How are you doing?

I have a few questions that I forgot to ask when at the clinic on Thursday!
1. How do you count the days? 40 days from loading, or from starting vlcd? And do you count the skip days ( thinking yes to that one).
2. Does everyone not do injections during TOM? I feel like I have read conflicting info, and of course, forgot to ask dr and I left all my information sheets at my office.
Thanks in advance! I'm sure more questions will Rise but so far have been lucky in finding the answers in other threads.
Start date - January 14/17
1 It's 40 injections so the two injections with loading count. The skip days add VLCD days to the length of the round. So with 40 injections, if you skipped one day a week it wouldn't lengthen your VLCD days by 6.
2. Most people don't stop injections during TOM anymore.
