Hi
I started Saturday. 2 load days of lots of fats, very little sugars and starches.
Then Monday was the first day of the 500cal diet.
Monday wasn't to bad but didn't eat much as was sick to my stomach, but Tuesday I missed most of work.
I was so dizzy, sick to my stomach and even threw up Tuesday morning, and a very very bad headache.
I could barely walk in a straight line or concentrate. I googled and it was hard to tell if it was just Ketosis or hypoglycemic attack.
After reading the book Pound and Inches, I decided try a spoon of sugar due to hypoglycemia. It helped a little for an half and hour or so... then everything came back.
I am taking the homeopathic pellets.
Today.... about 1pm the stomach cleared up, the dizziness later in the afternoon.
The headache is beyond terrible... I have tried everything from Advil, Tylenol, my migraine meds etc.
This evening my hunger came back with vengeance. I ate maybe 200 cals Monday.. and yesterday... about 100 cals.
I ate everything but my last fruit today. I am trying to save for later....
Will this dissipate? What should I be doing?
