    I plan to restart HCG sublingually. I'm on the hunt for a mixing kit with b12 and colloidal silver (used this the first time I did RxHCG). Any ideas where I can get some? If I have to I suppose I can mix with the bacteriostatic water. Anyone have mixing instructions for that?

    LD1 - 163

    use the search bar
    dont know re: kit, we inject and the only kits I know of are ushcginjections
    we peice it out and order from safemeds4all, reliable or escrow

    If I'm doing two rounds, do I need to load again before starting round 2? I've seen conflicting information. Can anyone clarify?

    Yes. Think of it this way, a round is a round, you load for the 1st round and then are eating normally before you start round two there is nothing that would support a 2nd round would be any different in preparation.

    Hi there, I could really use some advice. I'm on my 15th day of p3 and not stabilizing. I've had to do 3 steak days and still am over my ldw. I ended my p at 121.6. I am currently at 124. I had a steak day Monday. How many can I do ? I'm eating good calories are under....I have been using the elliptical. Could exercising cause this? Yesterday I had tuna and lettuce, steak and brocoli and some melba toast..I woke up to a .4 gain. Plenty of water. I'm not sure what to do. Please any advice would help. I'm getting married in 3 weeks. I want to stabilize before then

    If you are doing full P3 and P4's yes you need to load because you are off the plan longer than just an interruption, I believe anything beyond 14 days requires a reload per P&I. That is to be on protocol.

    I personally don't load anymore, loading makes me more hungry the first couple of days, not less and at the end of the week I've lost the same of weight either way once to remove the load weight losses.

    Per protocol you need 4 days between correction days I think. Yes exercise will cause a temporary bump up in weight. When you exercise you create little tears in your muscles and your body retains water to heal them. It will flush back out when your body adjusts to the exercise. Doesn't sound like you are eating very many calories. Especially with exercise you not want to under eat or your body will hold onto anything you put into it.
