    Hi All!

    first I would like to thank you all! I totally would have quit without your help and support! I am having a problem finding where I post! duh.... This is my second round, my first was a few years ago, I lost 15lbs. this round just seems to be fraught with problems. I think I have finally found my dose, 125IU shots. It took me a while to figure that one out! I am loosing really slowly. I am on r2p2d21. I am planning a 40 day round. I have only lost 7 lbs. most days there is no loss at all. I am very careful to follow protocol, I stopped using any lotions at all! is this normal? my last round the weight fell off. I am now post menopause (yuck). I eat chicken and lettuce almost every meal. I don't eat meat and eat fish when I can get it fresh. I have not been eating my melba toast. ANy words of wisdom? Its very hard to stick to this when you don't see results. I am expecting my new batch in the mail today. Is it possible that my original batch is loosing potency?

    Thanks once again, you guys are a lifesaver!!

    OHHH I have the same problem! At work I bring my containers with measured and weighed foods! Weekends, boy they are tough! I have a double Communion today, the entire family will be there. Not something I can get out of. I have the bartender put club soda in a wine class with some lemon slices. I know that sounds silly, seems to work for me! I will eat before I go. Now here;s the really strange part. I put food ( a small amount) in my dish and kind of push it around. Make sure there is something I can eat on it. It stops people from making comments about why I am not eating, that makes me uncomfortable. I have a big loud Italian family, not eating is NOT ok! LOL Hope this helped a little.

I skipped on my regular skip day (Sunday) and I didn't notice much of a difference. I am on a 60 day round (per the clinic - I'm on my 44th day), finishing up TOM, and have lost about 29 lbs. What should I do? I think I can fight through my bouts of hunger but I want to be comfortable. I have read the Simeons protocol and understand I should stop after 40 shots but I've paid for the shots and would like to do my 60 days before I move on to P3 / P4. Any advice would be helpful!!! Thank you!
    Try eating an apple first thing. Apples are low on the glycemic index, yet are filling, and could really help you reduce hunger through to lunch time!

    If I take xyiltol and erythritol on p3 and it doesn't cause a gain would that cause me to gain all that weight that I lost from p2 back in p4?

    Sounds like your dose is off. Are you on Homeopathic drops or RX hcg drops?

    First Week/ need help

    Have been doing CR500 for 10 days. I loaded the for 3 days because I was having hard time getting enough fatty foods in, so gave it an extra day to make sure I added 5 lbs.
    I have been on the restricted diet portion for 7 days. I have kept to the diet exactly, using 10 drops each time/measured my food/rotated menus.
    I drank one gallon of water each day, I had one plain black coffee each day.

    Weight loss as follows.
    Day one: 179 lbs.
    Day Two: 176 lbs.
    Day Three: 171 lbs.
    Day Four: 171 lbs.
    Day Five: 171 Lbs.
    Day Six: 171 lbs.
    Day Seven 171 lbs

    * So as you can see I've been stalled for 5 days A little discouraged - looking for advice

    On Day Five I realized I was having low weight loss with hunger, so I added two drops to each time and ate an extra protein serving. Per the directions in the guide.

    *When I saw that I was stalled for 4 days - I ate the '6 apples a day suggestion for stalled weight loss' on Day SIX.
    Today is Day Seven: I woke this morning with full expectation that the apple thing would surely do the trick....but found that it has done nothing.

    I saw such a GREAT result in the first 2 days, but it's been 5 days now of nothing - and this is my first week so I'm a little discouraged.
    Everything I've read says the first two weeks sets the pace for the diet, so I'm a little worried.
    Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance

    I posted to your other thread. You aren't following the original protocol, you are following one someone else made up to sell their drops. You don't need to gain 5lbs on load. Read pounds and inches and compare it to your plan and see if they are the same. From what I've seen looking around the plan you are probably on is not quite the same. What are the ingredients in your drops? I looked at their site online and I can't tell what is in them based on their double talk about their ingredients. They never say what they are.

    I posted on the other thread also. You are taking fake drops. There is no hcg in them. Thats why they arent working for you and can damage your health.
