Kelly. I answered you on the other thread. Hope you get your dose straight. Grammy will be back soon if you need more help and there are others who will help too. GL Oh and I too like 110ius. Thats where i had to lower my dose from 125ius but everyone IS different. Its a trial and error thing.

Thanks again ginger, life seems be getting a lot easier, it's mid morning and hunger is nearly gone, so I definitely be dropping to 110 tomorrow I'm in hot pursuit of the no hunger sweet spot.

Hi I have a few questions. I first did HCG in January 2011 and have successfully kept off 20 lbs until the last month and a half. I starting running 18 months ago and did a half marathon March 30. Since my half marathon I have an extra 10 lbs that will not go away. I know muscle weighs more than fat but I am used to being at my 135 weight. I can feel it in my clothes and see the newly formed muffin top.I eat clean 5 days a week, eat carbs, sugars on the weekends-and have been for a long time. I gain and by Friday I am back to 135 and do it again. Except for now. I am wanting to see if I can do HCG for 10 days and maybe eat 900 calories-more protein-because I am a runner and can't go 10 days without it...Anyone have any suggestions? I did eat pretty well over the last weekend with no substantial loss

Question, hope someone can give me advice.
I was on injections for 11 days (including my load days). And stopped! I fell off wagon.
It's been 6 days since I've had an injection. Should I start over and reload for 2 days then begin?

I would not suggest doing just 10 days. A minimum round would be 23 days. Many people continue to exercise in Phase 2 if their body is used to it. On the days you run you might want extra protein.

I would restart, load for one day, but not crazily, and go at it again.

yes, its considered a spice and is ok on P3.

I use it from day 1 every time.

I posted a bit more info on it here:

Yeah..you almost have to know to look in the spices list to find it as its not categorized anywhere else. Although it is mentioned in the Tasty Tips for P3 section.

Chia seeds are not listed in the food lists, but personally, I would consider them equal to flaxseeds...they are both seeds. Chia has more fiber and a bit less protein than flax, but they have equal amounts of omega 3 fatty acids, and are otherwise comparible.
