Are you still in P2? Cream cheese is not allowed in P2.

Cream cheese is fine in P3 if you can handle dairy. Certain gums and stabilizers can be problematic for some people due to sensitivities to their sources. However, gums on their own are not starchy. The 2 grams carb per serving on the brand you linked are from the natural sugars (lactose) in the milk used, so that is fine.

Milk is not on the forbidden list for P3, but it's not a good idea because of the natural sugars in it. If you drink it, it's best to drink whole milk. Raw or pasteurized doesn't matter.

Help!! You have been so great at helping me with my dose etc. Today is my 15th day. I am only down 6.5 lbs. I can see a difference but really thought I would be Dow about 15 lb by now. I am a little hungry too. Should I try skipping a day again? I have not been weighing my protein or veggies but I have not cheated (except Friday I had one glass of red wine and one vodka cranberry). Other than that I have been good. Please tell me what to do. I want to cheat this Friday but hate to not be loosing....

Sorry to say that any cheat can set you back 4-5 days. Even if you didn't gain from it. You do need to weigh your proteins at least. Its very easy to go over on those without weighing raw. Unless the viability of your HCG is suspect, too many calories could be the reason for slow losses as well.

A little hunger is not a reason to do a skip day. However, if you are doing regular skip days (as you should if doing the 40 dose round) then you can use your regular skip day to assess hunger. If you see a dramatic difference in hunger levels after 4PM for the better, then you can reduce the next day. But its normal to have some hunger, especially on a skip day, so remember that it only matters how you feel AFTER 4pm. The kind of hunger that signifies a wrong dose is gnawing, painful hunger that doesn't go away even if you eat something. Stomach growling, a bit of anticipatory hunger right before meals, or any hunger that doesn't distract you from normal activities is not a signal related to your dose.

From reading your posts you are down 6.5lbs plus whatever you lost of your load weight right? You didn't weigh after you loaded so you don't know what you actually lost. You also did a lot of adjustments in a short amount of time and aren't weighing your proteins. All things considered I think you've lost an amazing amount of weight. Women average 1/2lb on HCG, men average 1lb. So even with your cheat in there and not following things strict you hit the average. Not sure why you are disappointed. You should be thrilled that you got away with so much, most people wouldn't.

Very few women will lose 15lbs in 15 days, most of them that do either have a lot to lose or stick very strict to plan and are just one of the lucky few. Try not to get discouraged you are doing really well. A little hunger won't hurt you. Unless you are starving or uncomfortably hungry there is no reason to change your dose. Not everyone gets zero hunger.

I have not heard from you in a while. Was hoping you could advise if I should lower my dose....
    Thank you

Did you do a skip day? What was the result? Was your hunger better or worse after 4pm (or whatever is late afternoon in your eating day.)

If you are still experiencing hunger, you can skip again after 4 dose days and test again. But 100 is pretty low. You might have gone too low and need to come up a bit. A skip day will tell you that. But since you are already at a low dose, there may be something else at work. I suggest you ask in the Ask Grammy thread. Be sure to describe your hunger exactly as to severity and when it happens, and include your dosing history and changes. She may have a question for you that will pinpoint your problem. I did see in your posts that you said you are not weighing your proteins...and that can cause you to eat more than you think you are which can slow you down.

Seems fine for P3. Tomatos have natural sugars. Thats what shows up in the nutrition info.
