I have been attempting to start R2 of P2 and here is my dilema....

With the help of mgsondance,grammy1952 and Beth_M I've been mixing Corion 2000iu mix two bottles at once with 12 ml of wound wash
for 166 iu's dosage but it is way too much liquid to try and keep under my tongue!

I've had sucesss with Releana but not happy with the cost. Their product was .5 cc's twice a day and the bottle label says:
"11,562 usp units" and lasted refrigerated for a month.

I've wasted alot of time trying to fiqure out how I can duplicate that strength and volume with the Corion 2000iu that I've already purchased (have 7 bottles left).

So ...
A.Can anyone tell me how much liquid to mix for the above result?

AND........
B. Is there a chart here or another site that has mixing instructions for sublingual various strengths, volume etc?

The mixing of 4000iu's (2 2000iu vials) and 12ml of wound wash gives you a solution of 666iu's per cc/ml so .5cc's is the standard of 166iu's. Are you saying that the strength of the Releana .5 is more that 166iu's. How many ounces is in the bottle of Releana? I'm not sure how .5 of Releana is less than .5 of the Corion mix.... volume is the same when holding under your tongue.

Thanks mgsondance! I really appreciate the help. 50 Days will be great. At the rate I am loosing, I think it will take that long. Do I need to skip days on these drops, or am I ok? Also, seems like there have been alot of suggestions to not eat the melba toast/grissini stick. Is that your feelings? And what is P4?

I don't really know the strenghth of the Releana. I just know that their's lasts a month (looks to be about 1 ounce bottle filled halfway up so you really get about 1/2 ounce ) and comes with a dropper with instructtions to take .5 ml twice a day, and the label (other that the name Releana) reads 11,562 usp units.

Is the wound wash saline solution .9% sodium chloride or is it bacteriostatic .9% sodium chloride???
I'm trying to figure out just what I need to mix with my HCG. I am using the sublingual method.

If it's supposed to last 30 days then it's most likely 1 ounce of fluid. 1 ounce is equal to 29.5 cc's (approx.) so with 11562iu's in the bottle that equates to each dose of .5cc's being 192'ish of iu's. (backwards math) Getting that dosage amount in the same .5cc's isn't really a problem...what the issue is matching the potency of Corion with Releana.

When you did the .5 of Corion mixed with B12 you, was the only problem the amount you were holding and the length of time you needed to hold? Or were there other issues such as hunger?

I wouldn't...just because it's not on protocol. But, many do mix veggies and items like bell peppers and seem to do fine.

Hi Stevie,

Since you're doing subl you can use either wound wash or bac water...or even just B12.

if you skip one day per week, 40 doses gets you to about 47 days. yes, i'd skip one day per week. many people skip the grissini because so many people are sensitive to gluten, and many seem to lose better without it.
