kayln- if you forget too often, your overall hcg levels will drop, making you hungry. won't affect your losses much, though. if you get hungry grab some extra protein- not extra bread.
poison- i'd wait until TOM is over to re-assess.
momma- you said "allowed veggies" and meats- but i assume you're eating more than on P2? it might be that you're going to stabilize a little higher than the 2#. it happens, and at some point you just can't keep doing steak days all the time. do what you're doing now, and see where your weight lands after a few days.
sammi- skip your shot tomorrow and see if your hunger gets better or worse. what is your dose? if you're on hhcg drops, skip a dose or to and then let us know.

teresa- you can go up to 40 dose days, then you have to take 6 wks off before starting the hcg again.
mwater- this is not uncommon. what dose are you on? are you hungry as well?
verzie- 200 is too high for most people, but 125 is designed for IM shots, and not high enough generally for subq. if you have hucog, start at 175. if another brand, start at 150.
