    You want a variety of food sources (within P&I of course) so you get a greater amount of vits & mins. From your signature it looks like you're off to a great start - good job!

    sue248- you should drink at least 68 oz.

    ready- you have to count your load pounds as losses. you're in the normal range for weight loss.

    you don't have to eat the same protein. most have a different one. but it's ok if you want to eat the same one- the protocol does not prohibit this.

    thank you for geting back, yesi been off the drops for a good month now, however i do want to start fresh, but like i sed b4, i'v always manage to cheat, im more of an inpolsive eater, i dont plan to cheat, i dont think i will cheat, i just act on inpolse, and then feel like crap, after wards how do i get my head in the game as u put in on you'r last mail? my head tells me i should not cheat, i want to change the way i look and feel about my worse enemy wich is food, but ywt, iam tired of cheating i need to lose 125lbs im turning 40 soon, i dont wanna be 40 and fat!! HELP PLS,

    Going off hhcg because of issues

    Let me start by saying that I have had good losses this round and am disappointed that I might have to end a little early. Currently I am on day 29 of what I thought would be a 40 day round.

    My husband and I started this journey together. Our first round back in February was a big success. We were both very happy with the results and each lost a little over 35 lbs. We both stablized during P3, but my husband struggled in P4. I myself did fine in P4. We started R2 in mid May and immediately noticed a huge difference. My husband had a lot more hunger than he had experiened in the previous round. I myself have felt weaker and more achy so I started taking more vitamins which has seemed to help. Even after fiddling with dosages my husband was still struggling so he decided to transition to P3 after 23 days.

    Now however I am having heel pain and am wondering if maybe our drops really haven't been working and I am loosing normal fat. I am very concerned, Total so far I have lost 62 lbs (36-R1, 26-R2). I certainly don't want to chance any regain, especially when I have followed protocal and worked so hard but if I have been losing normal fat will I gain weight back in phase 3? Or how does this correct itself? I am not a skinny mini. I still have 40ish lbs to lose to be in the health weight zone. I was really hoping to be out of the Obese BMI catagory this round but am at 208, my goal was 200. What do I do, quit now or keep on going?

    Please help me, HCG-Kenobi's, your my only hope!

    you'll probably gain back a few pounds. you might want to try doing a round with hcg, rather than hhcg. much of the hhcg now does not have hcg in it.

    wantin- when you do eat, why do you? if you're hungry you either need a dose adjustment, or we need to change up what foods you're eating. if it's emotional and you're doing it for comfort, you need to find a way to deal with your feelings other than with food- if you don't, it's unlikely you'd keep the weight off after your round, even if you did complete it. if it's just mindless eating and you don't think about it until after you eat, i'd try this: 1) write down everything you eat. knowing you're going to do this will help remind you to be conscious of it. 2) take a few moments before each meal, look at what you're going to eat, think about writing it down, assess whether it's food you should be eating or not. after you do that for a while i'm guessing that it will become a habit and you'll start to think about it before you put something in your mouth.

    Go get Stevia In The Raw (packets or granulated in the bag). Local grocery stores should carry it (I'm in CA and get it at Ralphs or Vons).
    s in your diet... you will feel SO much better mentally after you actually stick to the diet exactly as outlined!!
    Hate to rain on the parade, but Stevia in the Raw has either Dextrose or Malodextrin in it, depending on the kind you buy. Best to get plain stevia, right?

    Be careful minimizing...been there, done that. I'm not calling you a bulimic, but please don't ignore the fact that in order to get control back over your body, you made yourself throw up. And you did it a few times.... I have been there, and while I don't say I am bulimic I am willing to admit I struggle with it.

    I think I would not do the steak day. I would drink a ton of water and eat very clean, then see the next day. If I do a steak day when I didn't make a mistake, sometimes it makes me gain a little more. Not sure why...

    Hello!

    Okay, I am still maintaining in P3 but I have a question about my LIW (which in my case would be last drops weight). I weighed 165 on my last day, but I was severely constipated. Have since had colonic therapy and I am drinking green smoothies and using enzymes so hopefully that will improve, but I lost a little weight as a result of the "waste" removal - maybe 2 lbs. Today I am at 164.3. Do you think it is fair if I adjust my LIW to 164 so I can keep between 162 and 166? Or, should I stick to the 165?

    Sue, anything between 23 and 47 or so is fine. I generally see better stability with 30 days or more.

    Meg, you can adjust your LIW. NO problem.

    Good Afternoon Dizzo,

    I am a recovering Bulimic of 6 years now. I have to tell you that it started out just as you did, it is a disease that jumps on you quickly. I thought myself being a male would have not fallen into that mentality but for 3 years I was stuck in it. I think the forum members are just looking out for you either previous experience or knowledge, it sneaks up on you. It is a control issue as I learned, just sharing. Good Luck!!!

    Please help, advice from experienced hcgers please, dosage/hunger

    Hi everyone,

    I am on my VLCD day 7. I have lost 6.7 pounds so far so I am happy, however I am feeling hungrier than usual today.

    I did a bit of a mix with my doses. ( I am doing subq injections). On my loading days(Thursday, Friday) I used 200iu and then was advised to drop it as that would make me hungry. So i dropped to 130 for the next 4 days(Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday). I was feeling ok but could have had more energy and felt slightly hungry at times. Then I read that for subq injection I should use more than for IM injections so decided to up my injection to 150iu (Wednesday, Thursday and today). However today for the first time I am feeling more hungry than any other days and kept looking at the clock for lunch to come and my stomach was rumbling!

    So my guess is that my dosage too high and I was thinking to lowering it to 135iu, or 125 iu?? Not quite sure if that slight difference would make a difference? I heard that it takes 3 days for hcg to kick, right?
