INflammation is extra water weight when the body doesn't like something, jeffswife. When I'm doing a protein day, I just have bacon for breakfast.

juju, what have you been eating? Maybe we can figure out the culprit.

fire, I don't cycle so I don't advise on that.

shoppermom, Rebekah's is homeopathic but it seems to work well for a lot of people.

peas, it's hard to say. Could just be a normal stall.

All day chemist has also sent huge batches of "negative" drops as well.

If you want qulIty, you can not but drops.
You need to buy a Brand such as Pregnyl. Then mix it yourself.

Otherwise go to a weightloss clinic and get it from a doctor there.

Oooops! I posted a new thread before I read this! And I get irritated with my students for not reading directions...ha! Anyway, here is my question: when I finish the three-week stabilization phase and get ready to start another round, do I do the 2-day fat load again? Thanks for any advice you can give!

It's 6 weeks between rounds not 3. And yep, you do another load.

Fire, I have bought zillions of vials from All Day Chemist and never had a problem. All the brands are good.

Thanks! The literature I got from the health-food store just said 3-wk. Sigh....there are so many versions floating around out there! But I'm having good success, so there you have it! I'm down nearly 24 lbs in three weeks! Long way to go, though. I'm glad I'll be ready for P3 soon...I'm going to Paris July 6 and wanted to have a bit more flexibility!

Make sure you read Pounds and Inches. That's our "bible" for the protocol.

Losses should pick up, Sue. I'd try cutting one fruit and adding that amount of protein in calories.

The coffee wont' affect it. Try upping your calories of meat to get closer to 500 calories.

grammy - its official...my second near anxiety attack in three days. You're right, I do drink a LOT of water and herbal teas including yerba matte...maybe its the drop in potassium level although I am taking a multivitamin which should help with that. My heart rate is low (44 resting as I type this) but 50 at rest is normal for me. Its the anxiety thats making me think twice about continuing. I have heart palpitations and am uneasy most of the day. Advice?

jeffswife- my personal belief is that steak days primarily take care of water retention. if you have truly gained weight, your weight go right back up when you resume your normal P3 meals. what are you generally eating? are you sure your scale is consistent? http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...sistent-24575/

carrieann- in your case, i think i'd just cut the carbs. if you only have 10# to lose your size will probably drop just as quickly doing that. quite frankly i don't think it's worth the risk for you. granted, a lot of people do well. but if you don't, you're really screwed.... And since you've already got hormone problems i wouldn't risk it. hhcg is not regulated so you're never sure what you're getting- plus many are now taking the hcg out of it. plus, your body has to be able to produce it from the hhcg and i believe some people can't do that.

peek- you're probably due to start losing again any day now, but in case you have a problem with eggs i'd drop those and just increase meat and veggies instead.

colleen- peek was substituting the egg for fruit and melba.

carb- you are ALWAYS going to gain weight during the day- ignore that. you can't switch your dose every day or you'll never figure it out. at any point in time, your blood levels are an average of the past 3 days- so you have to give it more time. post what dose you've taken every day and how you felt- and i'll try to help. you definitely should be losing. i second the recommendation to cut out the fruit- also the melba- and eat 500 calories worth of meat and veggies. you should definitely be losing weight, even if the hcg is doing nothing. but first, make sure your scale is consistent: http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...sistent-24575/

prometti- you need to give it more time. you might have some hunger for the first 3 days. if it's bad, eat some extra protein for now. i checked your ingredients and it says it has hcg in it. although you might be someone who is unable to produce hcg from hhcg- but for now, just wait a couple of days.

juju- go back to meat/veggies/salads and a little fat for about 3 days and see where your weight lands. use that as your new liw, and don't do a correction day unless you go 2# over that. then start over in terms of adding in different foods: http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgvanillafor...hase-3/#Item_0

shoppermom- www.alldaychemist.com. Cheaper, but you have to put the kit together (unlike yourhcgdiet.com)

firewhirrl- all the rx hcg from alldaychemist sells is legitimate. you mix it yourself- they don't sell any Rx hcg that is pre-mixed. i don't know if they sell hhcg or not.

MO- you don't have to stop after 3 weeks, just keep going. you can do 40 doses. if you've already stopped, you can re-start and keep going until you hit 40. you don't need to re-load if it's been less than 2 wks since you stopped.

dans- the hcg can make a lot of people feel a bit edge- sort of like having ADD. i'd try a natural supplement that is supposed to help you feel calm, like valerian root or something similar. for some people this effect makes people feel like they have more energy- for me, it was just irritating.
