As I move closer to my goal, I am mentally trying to prepare for P3 and to learn as much about how to stabilize as possible.
Here's what I don't get:
After doing lots of reading it seems that many, many people eat lots of food in P3, very high calorie and high fat. How are they able to do this and not gain? I really don't understand the physiological science of P3.
I am very nervous to gain weight from eating again.
