steph- it might be that 2 fruits is too much for you. what's your "story"? weight, age, height, frame size, fat distribution?
phoenix- it's best to store it in the fridge so the temp and humidity is constant, but i doubt that's the problem. probably just temporary water restriction. did you eat more sodium yesterday than normal?
liz- how many iu's are in that troche? the problem with those is you are not able to adjust your dose easily. you do NOT want to be hungry. there's nothing that says you can't mix proteins, but be cautious with the egg and cottage cheese subs- you won't lose as much with them.
