too much water- drop to 70-80 oz per day. you'll also retain water from the steroids- that's a hard combination, with hcg. the apple day acts as a diuretic, and if your body is not ready to release the water you'll just gain it back- sounds like that's what happened to you.
but fyi, although i think that way of figuring calories is reasonable, you might lose better with the original protocol which only allows 3.5 oz of meat. you're also not allowed to have 2 veggies per meal- just one. are you eating ground beef? if so, make sure it's at least 95% lean.
