    What am I doing wrong???

    Hello...
    I am on day 11vlcd, and am using the injections . I have been sick (pneumonia) since I began so they have me loaded up with steroids, antibiotics and inhalers..I am better and managed to keep on track the entire time I was ill..I started out losing 2-2.5 the down to 1-1.5 then gained .5. (I had a massage and forgot about the oil thing) I did an apple day and was down 1.5 then the next morning, this morning. I was UP 2.8!!!
    I am drinking about a gallon and a half a day, no oil make up, shampoo...no oil period. I measure everything that goes in my mouth and am soooo frustrated I am not sure what to do...I keep telling myself no just wait it out but my reward for resisting the urges to eat garbage is the scale going down in the morning. I allow 300 calories for protein, 120 for fruit and 80 for veggies.
    Here is an example of the weights allowed 2xdaily
    Chicken Breast 4.85 Ounces Tomatoes 8 Ounces Apple 4 ounces Cabbage 5.7 Ounces
    I looked at yesterdays food list and I added King crab and the Tsp of milk both are on the protocol I am on. Could they have caused the increase>

    too much water- drop to 70-80 oz per day. you'll also retain water from the steroids- that's a hard combination, with hcg. the apple day acts as a diuretic, and if your body is not ready to release the water you'll just gain it back- sounds like that's what happened to you.

    but fyi, although i think that way of figuring calories is reasonable, you might lose better with the original protocol which only allows 3.5 oz of meat. you're also not allowed to have 2 veggies per meal- just one. are you eating ground beef? if so, make sure it's at least 95% lean.

    hi,pls help, im or feel soooo hopeless, and discourage, i got a botle of hcg Drops, iam a mom of 2, weihging at 260lbs, got only knows i do wanna loose alll this weihgt, iam always feeling soooo tired, and yet, i cant find the will power to stick to the diet, pls tell me how did u stick to it? and how u did it? i hate my self for failing over and over and over again,i hate the way i look, i would think that would be enuf motivasion in its self, but still, i sooo addicted to food, im finding it sooo hard to stick to the protocol, pls help, anyone out there going thru samething?

    are you hungry? if so, we need to fix that. check the ingredients on your Drops- many don't have hcg in them anymore. what dose are you on?

    im on the 10 Drops 3 timesa aday, i do pretty good morinig time as i never really bena breakfast eater, i would do my tea of cofee, and my water, but its in the afternoon close to evening time that i always seem to cheat, i been dpoing this for 2 months where i would take my drops in the am, and then end up cheating, and i want some movasion or will power, someting to make me keep going till a lose all this unwating weihgt,

    are you actually hungry, or just wanting to cheat? if it's the latter, i can't help you. if you're really hungry, try increasing your Drops to 12. the problem with cheating is that a little leads to more.

    plus if you've been on them for 2 mo, i'd stop and take a 6-wk break. maybe during that time you can try to get your head in the game, because you might be creating more of a problem with what you're doing.

    Hi All, hope you're all losing away
    I've been stuck on 61. 3 - 61.0 kg since last week...I was off my injections monday - thursday for TOM....but my loss seems to have totally trickled off...I have 15 left to go on the 42 day cycle and am really losing all my motivation
    I've been really good with the protocol and have been doing the warm up or cardio part of my kickboxing routine (its too hot to walk outside and I hate treadmills)
    but despite that I've been stuck and when I do drop weight its such a tiny, little, disheartening amount....any ideas what could be going on?
    I don't think I'll make it through the next 2 weeks with these kind of results...hope slipping

    Well I have yet to start the diet as my birthday is coming up very soon so my loading day will be my birthday (Woop Woop), I have looked through the app and for me a person who is very OCD on many things the pictures, measurements, amounts of water, reminders look great.. the shopping list.. Yes, I know there are very little foods one can eat on this diet but for me planning it out weeks in advance and budgeting it all truly is going to help as I've already calculated. Also, it has the pounds and inches book intertwined with it. I know some will call this a waste but for me personally I am liking it, I am a perfectionist at many things and this sets well with that. In the Android app market you can view before you buy and a refund within a certain time period.

    Good Early Morning,

    I was wondering I am on a very strong medication that requires me to eat before taking the pill and a cup of tea for breakfast will NOT cut it. I was wondering can I eat my lunch for breakfast, my coffee/tea for lunch and my dinner like normal ? Or can I have my fruit for breakfast ? (I don't think that will be nearly enough).. I appreciate all the help on this site it truly has helped me make my mind up.

    P.s. I work graveyard shift so should I be injecting myself at night ? or should the am suite me ?

    I work the night shift, and I inject each morning, before I go to bed. It's just so much easier that way. I also feel like it will be "working" better while I'm sleeping, though I have no idea.

    I wake up around 5 pm, then dilly dally for a while, eating around 8 pm (so that would be a good time to take your medicine). Then I eat my lunch at work at 3 am. If my dose is off and I have hunger, I eat my first fruit at 11 pm at work. Sometimes, I work late and have to go right to work when I wake up. If that's the case, then I skip my first meal...try to go without eating until 3 am, when I have a double size steak and an apple. My dose has been perfect so I have no hunger and get away with doing that. It's not protocol, but it works for me. If I get a little hungry, I have an apple at 11 pm, then my steak later with another apple.

    In my opinion, while working the night shift sucked the life out of my body, working it has made this protocol much easier. I've trained myself not to eat after work, no matter what, so I only have to keep myself not hungry from 5 pm to 3 am. After that, I'm good. GET YOUR DOSE RIGHT!!!!
