I am post menapausal and have had no periods on either of my two rounds. I think you should talk to your doctor about it immediately.

You should speak to your dr. asap. my mom just had a procedure to check uterus lining, which was thick, and she was having post menapaural bleeding. Luckily it was only a polyp and was removed. It can be a sign of cancer though, but one that is EASILY TREATED, when caught early. I don't mean to scare you it is just a recent issue in my life so I would advise you to keep on top of it. That being said, I also think that taking HCG could possibly cause your body to act in strange ways. Are you cramping as well? You are probably fine, but don't wait to speak to a health professional

I just came across your posting. I had the same thing happen three times and each time it was more severe with cramping and breast tenderness too. I am about 3 years post and a friend tells me it could be a sign of a tumor. I have just changed insurance plans and will be going in for my check up asap.

Not to alarm you but my mom just went through this...she is post menapausal and had vaginal bleeding like she was having period and it was a polyp on vaginal wall they removed it and checked it because they do turn into cancer if not removed. SOunds just like what happened to her but of course you could be different. It was an in office procedure too

generally, all post menopausal bleeding should be consideredd serious until proven otherwise by a doctor. and the serious things are all curable...but need to be addressed quickly. Many women get post menopausal bleeding, on hcg or not......see your doctor for a check up as soon as possible. Tell the scheduler that you have bleeding and they will fit you in.

    Hi Ladies,
I started HCG injections last week and by the end of week 1, I started spotting. I was told that this has never happened in women this far into menopause and that I should see my doctor. I stopped the injections and have gone to my GYN today. They did a biopsy of the uterine lining, tomorrow is the sonogram and we go on from there depending on results. I still think the HCG caused this, but will make sure it's nothing more serious. Let me know if anyone else has had this experience.
