Im only on P2, yea i know..
Well this round is going well and i think i should be close to my goal. This diet is ok, the only thing that really sucks is having to pick out your meals and find a way to cook them. That alone is off putting enough for me to not try a 2nd round.

What i wanna do is stay at p4 and become more active, cardio, and weightlifting. I have a cousin who just bought a home gym and im looking forward to speeding the summer at his house working out, but
I'm sure that would lead to more weight coming off, is that fine? I wont be cutting calories but i will be taking consuming tons of protein, shakes, etc...

Is this okay? i wanna lose the rest of the weight with exercise and strength conditioning, not hcg.
