There is one millimeter of liquid in the bottle. That means you need to mix 9 more ml of bacteriostatic water into your vial if there is enough room. If not, you'll need to use a sterile mixing vial.

You do not need to add B12. It is generally best to inject b12 separately. You really only need it if you test as deficient.

    Mixed at that ratio: 1:2,
you will pull to .3 or 30 for a dose of 150iu on your U-100 insulin syringe.

or .25 or 25 for dose of 125iu

You can use this formula to check your math:

If you don't have any, yes. You can use bacteriostatic water or you can use multi-dose sodium chloride. You may have gotten some with your vial of pregnyl, but it will only be for single use injection, so you can't use it for the HCG diet. You will have to purchase some. And you'll need a new sterile mixing vial.

Bacteriostatic water generally comes in 30ml bottles. You can buy a single one at Formagenix.net. Shipping is fairly fast from Arizona.

Sorry if I’m too annoying with my questions but I need to make sure that I will do it right. So I ordered 10 ml of Bacteriostatic Water and I need to mix all of it with my Pregnyl in separate sterile vial? Also how to get the powder of Pregnyl out of the small glass ampule? Shall I mix it with small amount of the water and then take with a mixed syringe out and put in to the new sterile vial and then add the rest of the water? Sorry again and I really appreciate your help. Thank you77F4C61E-20E6-459F-B42B-05C4CC9665BF.jpg

From your first post, it seemed that your HCG was already mixed with 1ml water in the vial it came in. That is why I was talking about the 9ml amount---because it has to add up to 10ml total in the end.

Now it is clear that your Pregnyl is powdered (freeze dried). Throw away any mixing solution that came packaged with it. That will be for one-time injection and is not safe to use for the HCG diet.

Normally, you would dissolve the HCG with 1ml bacteriostatic water, and then add that plus 9ml more bacteriostatic water to a separate sterile mixing vial. But you can eliminate one step. Since you purchased bacteriostatic water in the exact right amount and in a glass vial, you will not need to transfer to an additional sterile vial.

What you will need to do is to remove 1ml from your 10ml vial of bacteriostatic water with your mixing syringe and add it to the 5000iu HCG to liquify it. (or 2ml--it doesn't really matter since you can put whatever the amount is back in the 10ml bottle.) Roll it gently between your palms until the powder is completely dissolved. Then draw it all out and put it in with the rest of your bacteriostatic water in the vial that the water came in so you have a total mixture of 10ml.

NOTE: If your bacteriostatic water been a different amount or had been packaged in a plastic bottle, you would then need to use a separate sterile mixing vial.

Be sure to equalize the pressures as you withdraw or add each time. I found that the best way to make sure I was doing that correctly was to find a video and watch it a few times so that you get the sequence in your head.
