I would say no. They have malitol, corn starch, sugar and all kinds of other junk. They are not clean at all. I would not eat them on P3 or any other time.
Has anyone tried these bars for phase 3 or phase 4? The are made with Stevia and have 20g of protein
and 1g of sugar. I have not tried them but they look good when I'm done with my round!

I usually stick with quest bars, some kind bars in P4. I don't have a problem with the malitol but def. don't want the corn starch etc. If you are going to have sugar subs and it is not stevia the -tols are better than the -lose
I was wondering the same thing! I have a whole box of them I ordered from Amazon before I knew I was going on HCG. I’m going to try them in P4. Anyone else have experience with them?
