    Who uses a Protein or Meal Replacement Shake?

    I know there are some older conversations about this, but wanted some current opinions. A lot of people recommended Jay Robb's and others liked Jillian Michales (but hers have sugar). Any others?

    What is a good protein or meal replacement shake that works with the HCG diet? I am on round two and would like something to sub for a protein. Suggestions please!

    I am feeling the same way, but am a little scared of the results and if I will gain using it. I hear the Jay Robb protein is delicious---the egg whites one not as much. I am thinking that I may buy some after 10 more # loss as a reward...and see what happens! Anyone else try it?

    Total After 2 Weeks: -17.2
