Many of you have been asking about vitamin supplements, and there have been comments regarding not being able to take them because of some ingredients. So i thought i'd post a link to my doc's office. She has all her supplements manufactured specifically for her since she treats a lot of people with different allergies/sensitivities. Supplements contain NO wheat gluten, yeast, soy protein, sugar, milk/dairy, corn, sodium, starch, artificial coloring, preservatives, or flavorings.

You can order them online. They are not cheap, but are very high quality. there was an independent study done a few years ago that tested the purity/quality of a whole bunch of different vitamin/mineral product lines. her products came in 2nd, only behind a small private lab in switzerland. so you can be confident there is no "junk" in them. she is extremely picky about what her clinics take.

btw, there are times i've looked for things that i know she has, but they're not on the web site. so if you're looking for something specific and can't find it, just call the office pharmacy.

    Hi Mgsondance,

I looked at the website. I don't think hers is pricier than the one I normally get from the health food store. I am willing to pay the price for quality items as long as they work.

What do you suggest to get? I have looked at their multivitamins and the only turn off I have is the 8 caps serving size. I would like to take no more than 2 2X a day. I plan to use something for my next round.

    Thanks.

yeah, that's kind of a pain- but it's because it has so much stuff in it. i take the spectravite capsules, 6 of them twice a day. they don't have another option for a multi. for P2 i'd recommend the potassium/magnesium supplement. i'd start with one, twice a day. i take two, but i generally need higher doses of vitamins because i don't absorb them. i also take the stress B complex.

what's nice about hers is not only are they high quality and made to her specs, but there is no crap in any of them.
