Neither the iodine or supplements should interfere with your P2.
I would appreciate help on this. Thank you in advance.
1. Can I use topical iodine on my chest? I typically use it around my period to help with breast pain and it covers my entire breast (both breasts). It's pure iodine and nothing else.
2. Also I am taking a supplement plantioxidants. Can I still take it on the diet?
