To re fat load, or not? That is the question!

Hello everyone, hope you are all well and safe in our current climate!

Given all the free time and family quarantine, my sister, mother, and I started an HCG program. They previously have done the program with success using it in powder form and putting it in B12 drops. They last did it around December, stopped in January, and now picked it back up in May with me as a joiner.

When we started we used the same batch they mixed in December. We fat loaded for 2 days and have now been on the main diet for 4 days now. We've been experience severe hunger pains and low energy, and with a little research we of course came to the conclusion that using an old batch loses its potency after maybe about 3 weeks (although we hear it could be longer than that), so something needs to be redone here.

We have now mixed a new fresh batch and ready to dive back in it, but my question is, should we continue our regularly planned diet already in progress, or would we need to start the fat load process all over again?

HCG mixed that long ago would not just be weak, it would be ineffective. It would be best to load for two days again. It takes 3 days for the HCG to become fully active in your system. The load is to prepare your body during that time for the low calorie days ahead. If you don't load and try to continue, you'll deal with hunger for about another week, and can also experience lower losses.

Thank you so much for responding!

That was the hunch I was having, but my sister was insistent that it would be fine to just keep going, my mom was on the fence, and I was supposed to be the tie breaker lol. Luckily there’s the internet - thank you for your help! We will begin our load process again first thing in the morning.
