    Risks in the diet

    Peace
I'm 55 and I want to do Dr. Simmons' hcg diet

I read here on the internet that this diet has risks. [link removed]
is it true? I'm a little apprehensive, is there anyone here who can calm me down and put me in order?

    Thanks

The best way to learn about the HCG diet is to read Dr. Simeons original manuscript. It is available free from the Manuscript link at the top of the forum.

Countless people have done this diet for over 50 years without ill effects. It is safe when done as specified, as even though the calories consumed is quite low, the action of the HCG allows your body to utilize the calories in your fat stores.

I started originally in 2011 at age 68. I was quite obese. I am now 78 and still do a round every year or two to get rid of creeping lbs. you just need to talk with your doctor about any preexisting health issues. I was in good health and am in good health. So have no side effects

I was 61 when I first tried hcg injections. I lost 15 lbs that first round, brought my A1c back into the normal range. hcg caused me no problems, though I probably did my 2nd round too soon for me - I only lost about 8 lbs. I have done several rounds since, mostly with drops. I'm going to try pellets for my next round. Like others, I do a round or two every year to stay trim.
