Angry Round 3 and now severe burning at injection site

I am now doing my 3rd go of Hucog HCG 5000iu mix with 20cc and a .5cc to .7cc per injection. The first 2 rounds I had no burning issues. I used reliablerxpharmacy.com for my HCG and ebay for my 20ml (x2) Sodium Shloride and all was good. Now this time around I am using simple Sterile Injectable Water that I purchased from mountainside-medical.com (25/pk). I guess it's a no brainer that it's the Sterile Water that is causing this issue, since it is the only difference in the new mix, but I can't believe it burns/stings this badly! I mean I had ZERO sensation with the SCW and it has .9% SC per cc... this is just simple Sterile Water

It' makes me mad because I just bought a case of 25 and I know that I meant to buy the SCW instead of the Sterile, plus I now have to toss this mix and buy another 5000iu plus some SCW, what a waste...! grrrr....

Here is the SIW I used:

Has anyone had issues with severe burning/stinging when mixed with Sterile Water?

I'm assuming thats my problem too!! I can't believe how painful it has been this time. Last dose was NaCl .9% and had no pain and this time i ordered sterile water.

STERILE WATER (water) injection, solution here is why it burns us

The pH is about 5 due to Al (probably as the Chloride)and nowhere on the package or website that I got from the same source as you does it say other ingredients. the warning below clarifies it. Talk about half truths and noob-deceptive labelling
WARNING: This product contains aluminum that may be toxic. Aluminum may reach toxic levels with prolonged parenteral administration if kidney function is impaired. Premature neonates are particularly at risk because their kidneys are immature, and they require large amounts of calcium and phosphate solutions, which contain aluminum.

Research indicates that patients with impaired kidney function, including premature neonates, who receive parenteral levels of aluminum at greater than 4 to 5 mcg/kg/day accumulate aluminum at levels associated with central nervous system and bone toxicity. Tissue loading may occur at even lower rates of administration.

I've just started the injections yesterday and was surprised at the burning. I can't find bacteriostatic water here (I'm in Italy) so sterile water is my only option. I thought I had done something wrong to get the burning.

Are you saying that all sterile water is made with aluminum? And this is what causes the burning?

The pharmacist kept telling me it was only water.

I had that off and on during both rounds. I searched this website and other's high and low and found that it's just something that happens, with no bad results. I'm going on six months post HCG and am fine.
