i think I remember always skipping a shot once a week if i am going on 40 days from the first week.... correct?
First load shot saturday snd I usually skipped Sundays....that still right?

yes. Just pick a day sometime within the the first 12 days and go from there. Your last skip day should be at at least 3 days from the end of your dosing so that you enter the transition with your levels intact.

I vaguely remembered not to skip in my first week so did not skip this week, I normally skip on a Sunday so that will also be good for my last skip as I am ending on a Tuesday or wendesday but will keep it in mind
